City/ Hybrid bike tyres
I was looking for hybrid bike tyres with a narrower width than the original size that came with the bike. The Bike Tyre Shop was the only site I could source a tyre that suited my needs, got 10% off and free delivery. They arrived as stated and they look fantastic on the bike and exactly what I was looking for. I will be back in future for my bike accessory needs.

Did not dispatch on time or when they…
Did not dispatch on time or when they said it was dispatched according to the royal mail tracking. Don't bother ordering over the weekend as it won't get sent out as there closed and you won't get any response over the weekend as they are closed. And don't try to get a response over the weekend as there just going to message you saying contact us again on the Monday. In short I don't like company's that don't stick to there own dispatch process and then lie about it.

To offer some clarification, on our delivery page on the website, we advise, ''All orders received after 2 pm and on weekends/bank holidays are shipped the next working day.''

Wrong order
The bike tyre shop made an error with my order and sent me the wrong tyres, so I returned the items in line with their company policy. I have been refunded for the tyres however, they have chosen not to refund me for the return cost of the incorrect order. Seems a little mean to me being as though it was their mistake in the first place.
