Couldn't get the tyre in New Zealand
Couldn't get the tyre in New Zealand, I ordered it the same time I ordered some other bike part from a shop in Wellington (450km away). The tyre from the Bike Tyre Shop (18,450km away) arrived two days after the stuff from Wellington and the freight was less. Bloody good service, if I end up in the UK on my world cycling tour I'll buy you people some beers

Used as guest, no problem whatsoever and got only one tyre to check whether it would fit in frame, well done them, it came really quickly, 2/3 days all done.👍🏼

I was expecting some customer service…
I was expecting some customer service from this company, but everything seems like hard work for companies these days. I was in the market for some tyres for 2 electric MTB, I emailed and asked what they could recommend as there are so many and it's difficult to know what's right.
Instead I get a vague answer about a specific brand that had only the exact width of tyres both bikes have,and nothing narrow. I was also told look on website. (stating the obvious) Oh well if you don't want to help, then I don't want to buy and will go elsewhere. Get better service on Amazon and there it's mainly robots

In this day and age when retailers promise everything by shouting it from the top of their lungs but more often than not let the consumer down I'm happy to say that The Bike Tyre Shop did what it said and delivered what I needed by when I needed it. Thank you.

Arrived a bit late
I would have given it 5 stars but... This may be a Royal Mail issue but the item was despatched on Wednesday with Royal Mail 48 hours delivery. This should have been delivered on Friday. Unfortunately this arrived on Monday. This caused a delay in my bike rebuild.
I have used these before with no problems, and will probably use them again.
