Took my money but won’t ship the product
I ordered a body chain 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive notice that it’s even shipped. To note, their website states items will ship 2-8 days from purchase date. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response and 3 direct messages on Instagram. They replied 2 times via Instagram - one time saying it will be shipping “soon” (this was 2 weeks ago) and another saying they’d follow up via email, which they haven’t. They did, however, charge me immediately. I’d avoid at all costs, this has been really disappointing. I’m giving it a couple more days before I’ll open a fraud case with my credit card company.

You can tell how much work and how much everyone in your company cares about the products. Shipping didn’t take very long but it wouldn’t have mattered because it was definitely worth waiting for.
