The Branded Company Avis 

We have recently rebranded and I ordered some mouse mats. Steve Worthy was absolutely excellent. I am not the easiest of customers as I ask lots of questions. Steve was very knowledgeable and so helpful. The mouse mats arrived today and everyone loves them! Thank you very much. We will definitely be ordering from TheBrandedCompany.co.uk again.

Fantastic customer service from Amar right from the start. Even though my order was small, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Truly appreciated the attention and professionalism!

products delivered were totally sub standard and unusable - nothing like the sample. Lennon, the account manager, did nothing to resolve the issue and had to be chased repeatedly for a refund. terrible experience - not to be trusted.

Uploaded our logo to be printed double-sided on a bag.
Artwork mock-up showed the logo on one side + name of the type of bag on the 'other' (i.e placeholder text)
Asked for our logo to be printed on both sides and signed it off
Bags arrived with our logo on one side and the name of the bag on the other side

Branded Company will accept no liability or blame because I 'signed it off' (despite me saying that I wanted our logo on both sides of the bag)

As we paid in advance we now have no recourse other than perhaps using the Small Claims Court.

Incredibly poor customer service. Will not be using them again. Avoid.

Would not recommend this supplier. Totally let down with little to no communication unless you called them multiple times. We chose this supplier as they claimed they could deliver in a short delivery window, but then called up to speak to Sam Elliot the account manger on the day or supposed delivery and his colleague said he had no idea why he took the order as they couldn’t delivery for another three weeks. This was a week after the order was paid for and none of the items had even gone to production. Had to chase multiple times for updates on the cancellation of the order. Unhappy end client who didn’t receive the goods. Go elsewhere and don’t risk it.

For a company that supposedly does this daily, they were pretty bad.
Ordered hoodies, lanyards and tote bags.

First off, was told they had items in stock then suddenly these weren't available. Alternatives 'they' suggested were also suddenly unavailable.

Payment process was long and tedious.

Lanyards were sent in a completely different colour.

Logo printing on hoodies were bad and after one wash, they look even worse. QA was obviously not carried out and then they expected to pick up an entire order to inspect, after it was already delivered.

Can't even issue a refund back to the payment card and also involves another tedious process.

Gave it one star purely for the short lead times, but if you have the time, defo find an alternative company.

Poor experience for corporate order and will avoid going forward.

I needed some badges to help highlight a campaign that is trying to stop electricity pylons being erected across some of the beautiful valleys in Wales. I thought I knew what I wanted, and had a basic design in mind. Steve at The Branded Company was most charming and helpful.
