I was very disappointed after placing a personalised Easter order that did not show up. It seems I left the eircode off my address but rather than tell me so I could correct this, eventhough it was my work address and easily found, they just said that ups didn't deliver it without the eircode. The tracking humber they gave me was invalid and I was given no option to get my order. Very disappointing especially the customer service from one woman.

Order never arrived so send an email
Order never arrived so send an email. Got email back that told me “tracking not showing anything” (I could figure this out myself). And that a refund would be applied. I replied saying I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the gift that I ordered sent. I was then told by Jen in customer service that “it wasn’t their fault fed ex lost the package” “that as Easter was over she was kindly offering a refund” “ and if maybe I was t so rude that I’d get more help”. I have never experienced such lack of customer service. Will never use this company again and be sure to tell anyone else not to use.
