The biggest scammers ever
The biggest scammers ever. I tried to order Mounjaro through them. First and foremost, they pressured me to pay as quickly as possible so they could ship it "quickly." Once paid, they showed me a photo of a packaged product about to be shipped. Then they sent me a tracking code that I could actually track. Then, they claimed, my package was held at customs, and I had to pay an additional €210. After paying this, there was suddenly another problem. They claimed that if I paid another €170, I would definitely receive my package, but then they demanded another €190. I never received the package, and it was no longer traceable!

I came to write this review off my own back, I wasn't asked to do so. I just felt that credit was due where it was deserved. I have been using the Care Pharmacy weight loss service since April 2024 & it has honestly been the easiest process. They are absolutely on it from start to finish. Everything is explained clearly & simply and you are kept constantly updated about your order.
The new system they have implemented makes the service even better as you can easily see your progress and track your orders.
I initially chose them because they were the cheapest option & were local to me but I am so glad I did as they have not let me down once in terms of customer service or operations. My orders are generally accepted the same day & I usually receive my medication the following day free of charge. If I ever miss any information on an order they always call to double check which really shows they are responsibly prescribing and that they are not just dishing out medication to people who may be ineligible.
They could have also easily cashed in on the price hikes & sold huge batches at inflated prices but they kept it to a maximum of two a month & still at a fair price.
I have heard horror stories about poor customer service from other pharmacy weight loss programmes as well as stock issues but I've never had any of these issues with Care Pharmacy. I am genuinely glad I chose them & I am really impressed with everything.
They have helped me lose 4 stone sensibly over 18 months & I'm keeping it off on a low maintenance dose now.
