Extremely reasonable price,
Lovely and helpful staff, Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything, and very thorough.
Made me very relxed about my decision to go with them.

The workers at The Care Pharmacy both the pharmacists and the delivery drivers are always very helpful, and the service given is excellent.

The pharmacists have always phoned me back even if I have phoned them between 6pm and 6.30pm about my prescription. Usually if my GP practise send a prescription to the pharmacy it is either delivered the same day or the next day. the only exception is if the item requested is out of stock and has to be ordered. I have recommended The Care Pharmacy to two people and both of them are also happy with the service provided.

Just can’t fault this company!! Ive been using them for months now for weight loss & they are always there to support me & help with any issue I have!

I've been a long-time customer of The Care Pharmacy for my prescriptions (Mounjaro and now Wegovy). Their level of communication is outstanding. Specifically, they were excellent at clearly laying out my options and addressing the recent price hikes transparently. The approval and dispatch of my orders have always been speedy and handled with care. Knowing I can easily speak to a pharmacist by phone or email if I have concerns adds significant peace of mind. While some other pharmacies may offer lower prices, the exceptional service and trust I've built with The Care Pharmacy make it worth staying. Highly recommended

Very helpful and reliable service. They're very good at responding to questions and queries and I appreciate that their prices offer really good value for money.

Six days ago, I made a payment of £140, but I was told that due to a reference I entered incorrectly, their bank account was blocked.
I tried to be understanding, even though there were many suspicious behaviors.
The payment was taken from my account, and I sent them the invoice as proof. They told me that the money would be returned the next day, but I have not received anything to this day.
The following day, they told me that their account was still blocked and that it would take some time from the bank. I asked for information on how long it would take, but I never received a reply.
I have called several times, but they do not answer.
Furthermore, without any sense of responsibility, they gave me another person's bank details and asked me to make a second payment of £140 to receive the order.
So, not only have I not received the first £140, but they now demand I send another £140.
I also noticed that on Google reviews, every negative review has received no response, which clearly shows their lack of professionalism.
I will not leave this matter unresolved.
I intend to report the pharmacy and the company where the first payment was made (as the payment was made to a different LTD company than the pharmacy).
I will also report the individual whose bank details were given to me for the second payment.
I plan to travel from Birmingham to the pharmacy and contact the police to resolve this issue.
I am not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but no one can mess with money that I earn with hard work and effort.
This review will only be removed once my money is returned or when this issue is fully resolved.

Luqman is an asset to your company. A Very Professional,helpful Pharmacist and made me feel at ease.He is very approachable and patient.

Firstly, it was easy and straightforward to make an appointment at a convenient time for me.
In arrival, I was make to feel welcome.
The Pharmacist, Luqman, researched the country to which I am travelling and provided clear advice on the appropriate vaccinations. He explained the process for each vaccination and administerd the first dosage efficiency - completely pain free too!
I will require further dosages and my next appointment was again arranged efficiently at a time that is convenient for me.
All round an excellent and professional service - thank you.

I've been getting my Prescription from Care Pharmacy for the past three months, and honestly, their service has blown me away every single time.
These guys are swift with their service. I'm talking next-day shipping that actually arrives the next day (crazy concept, right?). But what really impressed me happened recently when they were out of stock. Instead of leaving me hanging and wondering where my medication was, they actually contacted me to let me know about the delay.
Then they really went above and beyond, cos as soon as their new shipment came in, they rang again to update me! My prescription was shipped out immediately and arrived the very next day. I mean, who does that level of communication anymore?
It's such a relief to work with a pharmacy that treats you like a person instead of just an order number. With my Meds being so important for my health routine, knowing I can count on Care Pharmacy to keep me informed and get my medication to me quickly gives me real peace of mind.
If you're looking for a pharmacy that actually cares about taking care of its customers, I can't recommend these folks enough. They've earned a customer for life!

If i could give zero stars i would, terrible service, lies upon lies about it being dispatched in end asked for a refund and shock horror still no response, contacted my bank and reported as fraud

The service at this pharmacy is appalling! It is now the fourth time I have been told by members of staff here my prescription would be delivered, and it has not! my prescription is an emergency supply of medication need daily. As it is a high strong dose and I need it to be able to function and maintain well. I have two small children and not only does it affect my mental health then affects the care I give to my children if I am not feeling well. I have the service because I have severe anxiety and unable to go to a pharmacy myself and pick it up. And also being a single mother I do not have anyone who is able to pick it up for me this is why I rely on the service of care pharmacy Who are supposed to deliver it to my home address. But yet again, they have not done so as they have told me they are going too.

Called up this afternoon to be told my prescription would be delivered, called up again after 5pm to be told they are waiting on an item so won’t be until Monday! I informed the man on the phone I need my insulin… the medicine that keeps me alive so I kind of need it had to hold for a minute he came back and said they will get it out for me tonight it’s now 18.38 and still nothing! Think they want me to die.

Long wait times, being chased for proof with varying emails and then the product is not in stock. Was not impressed.

Extremely disappointed with my first order from Care Pharmacy. The medication arrived with a completely melted ice pack that was barely cool — unacceptable for a temperature-sensitive product. This raises serious questions about how the item was stored and shipped.

There was no insulation, no proper packaging to maintain the cold chain, and no reassurance that the medication is still safe to use. I contacted them for a resolution over 24 hours ago and still haven’t received a response.

For a pharmacy dealing with sensitive medications, this level of care is simply not good enough. I won’t be ordering again unless they take responsibility and fix this.

You wrote in the note that you kept the 12.5 and 15 doses for your customers, but I am also a customer and have been buying from you every month since I started using Monjaro. Now that the prices are going up, you have limited the high doses. I have to continue using Monjaro, but I can't take it now. This is really ridiculous.

Amazing customer service. I have been using them for a while and can’t fault them. Prescriptions are processed very efficiently and overall the best service i have received from a pharmacy.
Would definitely recommend!
