The Cats Whiskers Avis 7

I left my two cats to this amazing woman for four nights. She really loves her cats and her job. My cats were so well looked after they did not want to come home. They settled in so quick, her cattery is spotless and very safe. They could go outside to a safe area if they wanted to. She brushed them which they loved and even gave me the brush used. her hygrine standards are very high you take your shoes off going in to make sure you do not bring anything in to the other cats.
I cannot recommend this cattery enough. She sent me regular updates and photos which was great.

I was utterly shocked when I rang the doorbell today! I was greeted by a man asking me! ‘Why did you ring the bell?’ I said I’m sorry I didn’t realise I wasn’t allowed to! ‘He mumbled and said ‘ the cattery is over there right by your car!’ I started to walk away and he said ‘ plus they don’t open till 4pm!’ I got in my car and drove away! I couldn’t believe how rude he was and if he’d said hello and asked why I was there I was looking for my lost cat to which I’ve been very upset about! If he treats people like that I wouldn’t want my cat going there!

The Cats Whiskers is exactly that! What a fantastic Holiday Home for cats. Rachel and Masie are truly wonderful people. I urgently needed to board my Aunt’s cat due to unforeseen circumstances and these two extraordinary ladies were unbelievably helpful and supportive. He was a little shy at first but they won him over and I cannot praise The Cats Whiskers enough. I would not hesitate in boarding him there again and I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have been taking Ronnie cat to the Cats Whiskers’s since he was a kitten and he is now 16 years old
The Cattery itself is clean with outside runs attached to the units
I always feel happy leaving Ronnie in the caring hands of Vicky the owner knowing that he will be well looked after

We have been boarding our 2 cats several times a year at The Cats Whiskers for many years. Rachel and her staff are extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble. Just as importantly they all love the cats boarding with them and spend a lot of time playing or just talking to them. They post photos of their residents on Facebook if you request it. On a recent occasion one of my cats was poorly whilst staying there and she was immediately taken to her regular vet for treatment They contacted us to update us on her treatment and recovery and set our minds at rest. Their Covid practice is outstandingly efficient.
For anybody looking for a reliable cattery we would not hesitate in recommending Cats Whiskers Wilstead to you.
