Not only did Cheese Geek delivery my order very promptly, they then followed up with an apology that they had "short changed" me, and promptly sent me another consignment to make up for it! Highly recommended.

The cheeses provided were good, though this time there was no tasting notes, and one of the cheeses did not have any identification.

I ordered a surprise cheese box to share with friends. However it came underweight and was I very disappointed as I had to supplement it with more cheese ( not as good ) from the local supermarket.
However your customer service person Jen, could not have been more helpful and I am now awaiting the missing cheese to arrive this week .
I have ordered with you before and was very satisfied with quality and service previously received.

Cheese wonderful, but multiple problems with delivery- arrived a week late and then 2 boxes arrived. This is the second time I’ve had problems like this, so despite fantastic cheese I won’t be ordering again

Great customer service! Hand picked small batch artisan cheese that I can send to my parents in England from Australia. Easy to navigate website and follow up service is excellent. Highly recommend.

This is a great service that Cheesegeek provide. Their choices of cheese are unfailingly good and showcase what is good in British cheeses.
It is such a shame that their carrier, DHL, employs agents who would rather drive past rather than deliver on time.

The courier used by CheeseGeeks failed to deliver the cheese as ordered on a Friday and ended up delivering it on Monday after a weekend of it not being refrigerated. As a result, my Mother received gone off cheese as her Mother’s Day present. The company were apologetic and have resent the package but this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened, I won’t be ordering from them again.
Quick edit, they did indeed arrange a replacement box, which is delayed again. So far, from 4 orders with this company, 3 have been delayed, 1 to the point of ruin.
Further edit, their customer service has been impressive and upon asking I was promptly issued a full refund. My compliments to Jen from their customer service team, she was excellent. If it weren't for their poor choice of courier, this experience would have been so much better.

I ordered for delivery - a gift for my mother and DHL updated and rescheduled delivery for the following day and then failed to deliver again. This is perhaps not Cheesegeeks fault, but DHL is their chosen courier.
What is within Cheesegeeks control is how it deals with emails. Having a customer service email line that is only open from 9-1 on Monday to Friday, when deliveries are made outside of this time - or not, in this case, leaves the customer in a state of limbo without a point of contact.
DHL has been unable to deliver the parcel and it has now been rescheduled for a full week later than the original delivery date.
Given the problems with this order, the disappointment and time wasted, I won't be ordering again and wouldn't recommend as the company is reliant DHL as its courier and something is going terribly wrong with their delivery process from their Croydon depot.
It's a shame, as the cheese from previous deliveries was very good.
Cheesegeek has apologised and issued a refund for the goods it failed to supply. But that's the absolute minimum that I would expect.

Nice is you want to be introduced to cheeses, but expensive and only big enough for 2. There are 5 cheeses in each box, at over £6 per >150g bit of cheese. The 1st (Jan26) of 3 boxes was ok, but most of the 2nd (Mar26) were a bit tasteless. The card describing each is helpful. Hope the next box is better.
