The Chocolate Box provided an experience exactly as depicted online. They reached out to inform me that one of the wrappers was unavailable, giving me the chance to select an alternative, which was quite considerate. The service and delivery were excellent, with the bouquet arriving well-packaged. The chocolate arrangement was stunning, and my granddaughter was thrilled. I would certainly recommend them and plan to order again.

Pam was excellent with communication, making sure she knew exactly what it was that I wanted. She made sure everything was tailored to my son's taste. The candy cart looked fantastic and brought such a fun look and yummy sweet treats to my son's party. Despite their being an issue us getting into the venue Pam was so kind and managed to get everything set up in time for the guests arriving. I can not fault the service. I initially asked a question and received a quick response and then having placed the order, was extremely pleased with the chocolate bouquet once it was delivered.

We used The Chocolate Box by Charlotte for our recent wedding. The customer service was quick and professional and the sweet cart, dressing personalisation was first class.
