Customer service was wonderful! I received my medication on time, and have not any negative feelings about CMWL at all. I have lost a total of 90 lbs.

So far everything I’ve been with this company has been wonderful. I’m starting my GLP one tonight so I’m excited to get on the road with it.

I could not be happier with the service and product. The customer service team is exceptional—it’s very easy to reach them, and they get back to me immediately whenever I have a question. On top of that, shipping was super quick!
Most importantly, the compounded tirzepatide seems to be working really well. I feel great on it so far. Highly recommend!

Wish the needles print was clearly visible on.10 dose and price is so high that I’ll have to not confirm a refill unfortunately.

Very poor quality RX

It was so easy to do. I had already been taking the medication,so I just had to take a picture of the prescription from another site I was on. I received the new medication in about 3 days. Easiest time I've ever had for a refill from another website. I will stick with this one for sure and price was so much better.

They really helped me with my application, I was a little early at first but they spent time and in touch with me, so I think I made a good choice going with you on the weight loss.

Extremely quick delivery, except wrong mg was sent because NO ONE reached out to speak with me a initially stated.
I haven't tried to contact them so I am unsure regarding turnaround time with customer service.

Just not happy with my results. Although my contact person on many texts and calls, Rue, was delightful. She did all she could to help me with my concerns and tried her best to make me happy.

You lied to me. I asked if the shots were ready to inject and I was told yes. They are not. If I had been told the truth I would not have ordered. I wanted them ready to inject as soon as I opened the box.

The whole ordeal took about a week, but i received my medication and im ready to see these results 😊

Abbey from CMWL kept in touch when I was researching the company about their service. i know it must be hard work reaching out to potential customers being that everyone is on the run and busy. She was very responsive and explained how everything worked. The price for three months was hard to beat as I was leaving another platform that was way too expensive for my budget. My prescription was moved quickly for fulfillment and I should be receiving any day now. They take into account that many of us are biohackers and have educated ourselves (at least I am!) about what we need, and they respect that. Advocating for your health is so important, I am happy how things have started out.

The medication is great and works amazingly. Three customer service is great also.

Be more transparent with pricing. Be as quick to respond as you are to solicit! Better portal.
