The Courtyard Spa Avis 

I bought the Neal’s yard Geranium and Orange Shower gel - 200mls. It smells delightful and softens the skin within few days of using it. This shower gel contains over 90% of natural ingredients and comes at great price at Courtyard Spa too!

I ordered the Gatineau eye contour cream. It was a very good price and came really quickly and was well packaged. I would definitely shop here again.

Product just as described, with speedy delivery and emails to keep me informed. I use a specific brand of moisturiser which is not easily found, but the Courtard Spa stocked it at a good price. Recommended, and I’d certainly use the Courtyard Spa again.

I’ve been trying to contact this company for two weeks to get two more Neals yard hand soaps delivered due to them being broken on arrival…I’ve heard NOTHING!! Can someone please contact me today!!!!!!!

I have never dealt with a more dishonest merchant. They shipped my order out late then I only got half my order. I disputed with my card company and they sent an objection and lied about sending the full order. This is horrifying, be careful who you purchase through!

I tried to order Rasalique cream but needed to confirm my email address.
I had issues with the code being accepted and never confirmed my card details.
Imagine my surprise when my Credit card had been used without any confirmed email or order number!
I'm now having to go through the process of claiming this back as well as cancelling my card!
No one has responded to my email - they clearly don't care!
Suddenly I get information that it's going to be delivered without warning.
Incompetent and rubbish customer service. Don't use them!

Stock levels inaccurate, communication non existent. I had to chase every point of contact to get an update on my order.

Apparently website had oversold and they are waiting for stock (yet the product is still available to purchase on their website and no mention of a delay?)

It’s not hard to send your customer an email saying - sorry there is a delay. Especially when it’s advertised as next day delivery. But I got played the small business tiny violin story.

If you’ve ordered the pca toner from here I’d give up and ask for a refund rather than an update on your order.

I will be writing negative reviews till I got my money back from a thief named Amanda.
In my first order I got an item witch wasn't suitable for my skin. It also had a very short exp date, 11/25 (ordered in September). I emailed them 3 times and asked for a return label - acorrding their policy they accept returns, exchanges etc. But you cannot just send your item back, you need this label. Amanda replied to my 3rd email and gave an address to post it back (meant at my expense and against their policy). My 4 mail was ignored. In the meantime I was so stupid and placed another order. Because I felt ignored and deceived I asked Amanda to cancel my 2nd order. She replied she had cancelled. Till today I have not received a refund for this order and she stopped replying to emails. She just stole £32 from me and she is fine. And I bet I am not the one and only.
This company has no phone number, you can book a treatment via instagram as they claim to be a beauty room!
Wake up people, don't deal with this company, you will get scammed too!

Happily recommend this company. Bought some Molton Brown products at a very good price compared with others online. Delivery was very quick and communication throughout was fantastic.
