Beautiful qualities, selection & speedy service.
I have been looking for well over a year to find the perfect fabric for our boat cushions. Through much research I found your website. I requested 12 different fabric samples and love them all! The quality is absolutely beautiful. Your sample sizes made choosing easy - I’ve finally made a decision and will be ordering sofa cushions for our boat from you very shortly.
Now I think I’ll redecorate every room in the house! Thank you so much for your speedy service, incredible selection and high quality material!

Hi Aideen, I hope this reply reaches you well. I'm so sorry to see that you have left us a negative review regarding the sample order that you placed with us. I can confirm we dispatched this singular fabric sample on the 1st December, which was a lead time of 4 days. All I can think of is due to the postal strikes that have occurred - the fabric sample was lost in the post as they had a huge surge in Christmas post at the time. I will try to get into contact to re-arrange this re-delivery of the sample. We are of course so sorry for this, as a small mother and daughter company - we rely on Royal Mail so much and any of our hard work that doesn't end up getting to you is incredibly disappointing for us too.
