This company picked up 10 pallets from Germany and took them further away to southern Spain and then just gave up and left them there, four months later and we have had to get them back ourselves via another company as Phil has stopped taking our calls or emails.
during this transaction Phil was incredibly rude to my customer and lied at least twice saying that the consignment was in the uk, when it was clearly further away in Spain.

when we asked for the address in Spain where are stock was located he gave us a false address,

during this time Phil has stated we are due a refund, this of course has never appeared.

when we spoke to the people that run the warehouse that Phil had dropped our goods off at they said Phil had asked about a quote for moving this shipment back to the UK but had never followed it up.... in 3 months. they got so fed up of waiting they decided to contact us, as far as we had been told by Phil this was already on the way to the UK

I wouldn't use these people ever again and judging by other reviews you shouldn't either.

We are in talks with trading standards, I suggest if you have been affected by this that you do the same.

Fantastic customer support. Guided us through the process throughout the entirety of our shipment during February 2021 regardless of Brexit and moving from Spanish and French ports!
Full telephone support, clear concise advice, approachable and very knowledgeable.

I initiated the movement of 2 pallets from Slovakia to trhe UK in December 2020. Phil promised it woiuld be done by the end of December 2020.

One pallet has arrived - the other is back with the company in Slovakia. I have made several attempts to contact Phil (11 times on the 5th February, 6 times on the 3rd of February - just to list a few ) and every time my phone call was declined by Phil.

I am trying to find out what is happening to the shipment that is back in Slovakia as it was due to be airfrieghted on the 14th February 2021 - This has been delayed numerous times. I just get the feeling that Mr Phil Cooper does not care about your package that is in his care.

I will be seeking legal advice on this.

Phil Cooper (also known as pcl-freight.com) contacted us on 6 January 2021 after we put our freight requirement on a broker website & he sent us invoice to pay upfront (fortunately for us we only paid 50%) and no transport done at all and lots of excuses (guys we are in February 2021) and now delaying our refund. No terms and conditions were ever emailed. Phil Cooper clearly wrote that he is awaiting a refund from a third party company (what this company to do with us Mr Phil Cooper as it is clear this is his company dealing with that third party company) before his company can issue our refund. So we know Phil Cooper is delaying the refund deliberately and we will have to file a money claim for our refund and are also looking at compensation as no terms and conditions were ever filed. Obviously trading standards and ICO will also be contacted to trace Mr Phil Cooper alongside the money claim. So avoid this company unless you want to file money claim like we have to do now.
We have to put an update here as this guy kept using Brexit as an excuse when we had another forwarder that managed to get the job done in couple of days whereas Mr Phil Cooper had taken our money on 6 January 2021 and now in February using many excuses to delay our refund. Be very very careful of Mr Phil Cooper as he will use millions of excuses but when he starts getting legal claims he will realise the serious issue of using excuses and excuses.

This company provides outstanding service. They are courteous, super efficient, competitively priced and keep you up to date throughout the process. They collected urgent Christmas presents from Lincolnshire the next day ( only booked late on Sunday evening) and delivered them to London the following day as promised. I cannot speak too highly of them and won’t hesitate to recommend them. I shan’t bother now with any other courier!

Our parcels containing urgent Christmas presents were collected from our home in Kent at 4pm and arrived safe and sound mid morning the next day in Oxford.
The booking process was straight forward. I was able to speak directly several times with the company's senior management.
I am completely delighted with the service I received from The Directive Marketing Group and cannot speak too highly of them.
