Very bad company, when ordering the bed I was told free delivery,then driver rings me told me I have to pay 90 pounds for delivery and then when unpacking the bed I noticed the bed storage don't stay up , you need 2 people to hold the bed up for storage, when reading the description of the bed it's totally different when it arrives,very cheap ,shit quality, storage is shit , then when phoning them can't get through,they have multiple numbers ,that rings once and no response, no customs service .
Please don't buy from this company .

Avoid this thief, total scam, you can ask the credit card to get your money back. I’m going to dump his bed personally at his warehouse.

I purchased a mattress for £449, expecting a quality product. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Within a week, I experienced discomfort, and my back started to hurt. I had given away my old mattress, trusting this new one would be an upgrade.

After this experience, I looked into other customer reviews and found similar complaints. I regret not researching beforehand. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Quick delivery however when starting to remove packaging there was damage to the frame contacted the supplier by email called the mobile number and still not had a response. Would not recommend this company they get your money and that's it.

I order a bed with this company and it came damaged and the head board it's completely different from the one I order. Also I didn't get the pillow to. I did try to talk with them but no one reply back to me. It's ashame because is cash on hand and it's not received to prove purchase. Hope no one will have the same issue as me but just be aware...

Delivered half a bed with no slats or a black board nothing to put mattress on and left it unusable absolute waste of money didn’t offer any kind of reimbursement or to collect it again and return my money.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the products I recently purchased from the company. The bedframe and mattress I received are of extremely poor quality and do not meet the standards advertised.

Firstly, the bedframe is flimsy and poorly constructed, making them unsafe and unsuitable for use. Secondly, the mattresses is uncomfortable and lack the quality promised in your product descriptions. This has caused significant inconvenience and discomfort.

I believe that the company has misrepresented the quality of these products, which is unacceptable.

I ordered the king size bed with mattress from TikTok at a very affordable price, and was sceptical at the first time but to my surprise, delivery came in two days, and the bed was exactly what I ordered and even better. Easy to assemble and fits beautifully in my bedroom. I highly recommend them, and I am glad I made this purchase.

Avoid this company!!!! Ordered a pink bed ..came nothing like the picture and a dirty pink...dark colou and difernt design Wrote them back to refund or swap it...They are ignoring me!!!!

Sold me a bed that looks nothing like the promotional photo refused to communicate with me regarding a refund or in exchange Just totally ignored all contact from me

Avoid this company!!! Poor quality beds, no customer service, they use stolen photos on they facebook website.What you receive is far from what you ordered. They ignore messages, require cash payment upon delivery and don’t provide any invoice of receipt, leaving you with no proof of purchase!

**Poor Experience - Essential Parts Missing and No Customer Support**

I purchased a small double bed from The Elegance Bed Company and was initially pleased with their communication before the purchase. However, things went downhill fast once the bed was delivered. The bed arrived with essential pieces missing, including the feet and bottom bed boards needed to keep the bed square. Without these, the bed is unusable.

I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the company through their Facebook page and messages, but they have ignored all my attempts to reach them. It's extremely frustrating to be left with an incomplete bed and no support from the company.

Do not buy from The Elegance Bed Company—unless you want to be left with a half-assembled bed and zero customer service!

Had a bed made by this company king size but to fit in the loft they made my headboard in two pieces and made wooden slats for the backs to be attached.
I’m so happy after looking at multiple companies online I’m glad I chose A&m beds on fb!
We comfirmed the bed via WhatsApp on the Thursday and it came that Saturday! So impressed!

We ordered the bed on Friday and got the bed delivered on Tuesday morning! Which I thought was very quick! We were told the day of delivery straight away and then on the Monday we had a time frame for delivery. Which also gave a great tracking service and very accurate to the time frame given. The tracking service gave an eta for the bed delivery which was bang on too!

The Bed itself is high quality and a lovely finish to it. (We went for plush steel grey on the double panel bed with mattress) Mattress is very comfortable too! Very good bed and mattress especially for the price! Thank you and will definitely recommend and use again 😊

The worst experience I have ever had from a “company” the bed is unfit for purpose, and the elegance bed company is unwilling to help. I got a solid base for my bed which ended up being so paper thin it could barely even support the weight of the mattress. I explained to the company that I am heavily pregnant and my partner has had spinal surgery so needed something to be sorted quickly. No apology. No compassion at all. I had to push them over and over to get them to do anything to fix the bed. They kept saying they would sort it as soon as possible but then would not communicate, I had to push for every reply.
When I asked for my money back they offered me £30. For a bed I paid nearly £1000 for. The joke is I still haven’t even received this £30 because they are so tight they haven’t even got the decency to send it and when I’ve tried to follow up they’ve purposely ignored my messages.
The new base has come and the bed is still unusable because the bed has been so badly built. I’ve spent nearly £1000 for a bed that has caused me and my partner pain.

Third time of Ordering from this company. Service is first class and the quality of the beds are fantastic. Cash on delivery too, so you can check over your order first. Will be needing a forth bed very soon and will definitely be ordering from these guys.

At the start I was a little dubious buying a bed through a Facebook page, but after messaging the company & getting instant responses, I thought it was worth the chance for the price.
We ordered a double bed we’d seen in a picture with some changes, that they made super easy to do.
Delivery within 4 days of ordering. Only a little snag was no instructions for assembling the bed, but again, a quick Facebook message at 9pm & again instant replies we were sorted.
It’s a great bed for a great price, will definitely use them again.

Purchased a King Size bed without mattress and was instantly given a day for delivery and on the day a time frame of delivery so there was no waiting around at home all day worrying I will miss the delivery as full communication was given.

The bed its self was high quality and 100% as advertised.
