The Eneryguys are very a professional company, when first meeting Joel and he'd answered all our questions we felt happy to install their Solar system. we had more questions after installation and Joel sorted us out with those. Callum and kirsty were very helpful as well. the installation was smoothly done no problems,we would highly recommend this company.

From initial enquiry to completion of installation the customer care and overall approach was reassuring and informative. There was also a quiet enthusiasm about the Energy Guys which came through in every conversation and stage in the process. The first discussions were about the way in which the systems worked and the thinking behind the technology and we were given time to consider whether or not this was the option for us. Once we had made the decision, the next stage was to demonstrate how the system would be installed and then monitored within our own property. Once we felt confident to go ahead with the scheme, then installation was rapid, non-disruptive and highly professional. The after-care for this small firm is an absolutely essential part of their strategy. The understanding that a member of the team will continue to monitor the performance of the battery and indeed the entire system is a reassurance that, if we do go "off grid", then someone will make us aware and follow up any challenges faced. Amazing Service! Was opening a new shop within a couple of weeks and Joel came and gave a very good analysis of the building and how many heaters we would need and explained how they worked, wattage etc.
Fitting was arranged and completed promptly then Joel returned and sorted app on my phone and set timer 😊

I have an old Grade 2 listed building, that is now a hair & beauty salon. It was always cold until the heating had been on for a few hours so we had several heated mirrors put in the beauty rooms and 2 larger infra red heaters for my main salon. We now have instant heat, perfect for chilly mornings.

The Infrared heater the Energy Guys installed for us has literally added a new room to our house. The once damp, cold and unusable conservatory space is now cosy, warm and inviting. The heater is cost effective and take up no space. The staff were friendly and professional the installation was quick and tidy, we highly recommend! Thanks Guys!
