I was really nervous to do anything to my skin as I struggled with acne and dark spots but Dr Raj Arora was incredible!

I wanted someone who was knowledgeable and confident for my wedding skin prep and I got exactly that. I have been going to her for about 4 months and I have got soo many compliments on my skin.

The other day I got soo emotional as my wedding in in 3 months and my skin looks the best it ever has.. all down to Dr Arora. SOOO grateful!

I can’t recommend The Face Bible enough. When I first met Raj at a beauty event I thought I knew my skin & had a routine but with her expert guidance on treatments and skin care I can honestly say it’s been transformative! Going to the clinic is such a treat too, the whole team are professional yet so very personable. Terri is a diamond as front of house so welcoming, chatty and always knows it’s me when I call. I’ve also had treatments (facial peels) with with Ranjit and equally her knowledge & expertise is elite. As mentioned my treatments with Raj have been transformative for my skin and confidence we cover so much in my appointments on all topics health and life that they often feel like therapy in the best way! Every treatment, appointment and guidance I have received at the Face Bible has been so personalised to me- I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Raj is incredible! She truly understands skin and it shows in her work. She’s made such a noticeable difference to my skin texture and knows exactly how to achieve that healthy, glowing look. Her advice on the right products has been spot on, and you can tell she really knows what she’s talking about. Thanks to her, my confidence has improved so much overall. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I had a consultation appointment for my daughter , dr Raj arora was running late which of course occurs , but this lateness was 35 mins , I kept asking the receptionist who was very apologetic that sorry won’t be long. My issue was firstly if the appointments are running so late call me and let me know I could have come later . I was also working and fitting the appointments in my break. Finally when the doctor did see my daughter literally 10 mins in the room standing did not offer to sit down . Then offered my daughter who is 17 products worth more then £450 , did not even ask if she had any of them , just plonked them on the receptionist desk and left . If your not in a rush and don’t mind waiting go for it , bearing in mind this is the 2nd appointment that dr Raj arora was late . Also on her social media she promotes all products available easily like from boots etc but when you attend her clonic it’s all prescription skincare

Visited Ranjit with my menopausal skin feeling dull, and she offered expert advice on skincare products along with providing hydra facial and laser treatments. The improvement has been remarkable, with numerous compliments on my skin boosting my confidence tremendously. Her expertise is impressive, and I can't imagine going to anyone other than the Facebible team.

Dr Raj and the team are amazing, they listen very carefully to skin concerns and act accordingly and come up with a plan best suited. Dr Raj has really helped in building up my confidence in my skin and is doing a wonderful job! Extremely friendly and helpful staff!

I have been visiting Dr Arora at The Facebible clinic for the last couple of years for issues related to pigmentation and dull skin, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Went to see Ranjit, with lacklustre menopausal skin, she advised me on skincare products and gave me a hydra facial and laser sessions. The amount of compliments I have had about my skin and the confidence it has given me is outstanding. Her knowledge is fantastic and I would never see anyone else but the team at Facebible now.

From the start - walking into the Fairmont is always a lovely experience. Quiet, calm and discreet.
Ranjit is the ultimate professional - I’ve been lucky enough to have a Hydrafacial and am currently undergoing a course of laser hair removal. It’s such a pleasure visiting this beautiful place - all your day to day worries left at the door before you walk in! Extremely clean, professional, knowledgable and the little extra touches - a lovely coffee before treatment along with the little boiled sweets at the reception desk (thanks Terri!) Thank you for being my latest form of escapism! 🙂

Raj and the team are so lovely. Raj is very attentive and understanding of your needs. She really takes her time to understand your facial anatomy and how to enhance your natural beauty. I cannot recommend enough!

I am currently undergoing a bespoke skin treatment plan. Having suffered with acne since a teenager, I have been left with scarring across my entire face. Ranjit is currently using a combination of ipixel lazer treatment and peels to illuminate scarring. I felt like I had tried everything up to this point with no success and after just my first ipixel treatment my skin is looking so much better, brighter and clearer. I was also recommended a mixture of Dr Levy and Obagi cleansers and moisturisers which have been amazing at preventing any returning acne. I cannot recommend Ranjit and the whole team enough for making me so confident with my skin again, which I didn’t think was possible having suffered for so many years.

Raj, Ranjit, Danni and Terri all create the most personable experience which is so important when it comes to skincare and aesthetics. The team are honest, consultative in their approach and incredibly knowledgeable with a desire to achieve a natural, youthful glow. Whether you want long or short term results with laser treatment for pigmentation or threading and LVL lashes, they offer it all. Can’t recommend highly enough and it will always be my go to, not just for younger looking skin but advice on how to manage and maintain my skincare as I get older.

I’m a new client of the Facebible.
As a member of the gym and spa at the Fairmont Hotel I had the opportunity to see the facility and talk with Dr Arora and her team The whole team are very friendly and welcoming . Previously I’ve had the occasional traditional facial at various spas but never anything with long term results.
I’d been considering a treatment to correct the appearance and damage caused by the sun on my face over the years.
I started a course of Harmony XL treatment and it’s been impressive how quickly the damage has faded /gone, noticeable even after the 1st treatment.
A few people who weren’t aware that I was having this treatment have commented on how good my skin is looking.
My skin texture is much improved and brighter. Ranjit has worked a miracle. I’m half way through my treatment and am very enthusiastic about the next phase.

Amazing experience, really enjoyed having a skin analysis showing how my skin will look like every year up to the age of 80.
I had a hydra facial done and my skin was absolutely glowing. I usually never want to go anywhere without foundation on but after the hydra facial I really did feel as if I didn’t need foundation anymore. Staff were so friendly and I can’t wait to go back. The Spa is also one of the best I have visited.
