Facebible is highly recommended. I've had the best experience here, and I trust no other clinic as much as I do Facebible. Having had the worst experiences with lip fillers in the past, I was hesitant to have them done again, but Raj made the entire process so reassuring that I honestly don't trust anyone else with my face like I do with her. Raj and the entire Facebible team are truly the best. And she made me feel so at ease throughout the procedure that I can't wait to return to the facebible for more treatments.

I had a hydrafacial with Ranjit recently, who’s part of a very friendly team, but I’m sorry to say that I do not plan on returning for more.

Having had hydrafacials at other leading clinics before, I know what to expect and I also recognise when it’s executed thoroughly.

The let downs started with the dirty bed. Used stained cotton duvet, creased and used flat sheet. No hygienic standards whatsoever. Let alone any extended covid provisions, as outlined on their TV screen behind the front desk.

The actual facial was the quickest I’ve ever had, finishing within 40 minutes for the £200. Rushed and not particularly thorough in application. Technically, the stages were present, but little things like the device tubes dragging across my mouth to reach left side of face wasn’t ideal and not hygienic. Application of creams slightly clumsily done overlapping eyes, as the therapist used flats of hands and not just figures.

I would have preferred her to wear a mask rather than breath over me for the duration, but given that protocols have dropped legally now, I went along with it. Fully aware this is just my personal preference, but still I’d rather not smell garlic from their lunch.

I really wanted this to be a great treatment, in a professional and clean setting, as I am a member at The Fairmont Hotel (within which FB resides), so it would make a a more convenient clinic for all my treatments, compared to where I go currently.
I do hope the owner (Raj) takes these comments as constructive and well intentioned. With some re-training this could be easily turned around.

Since I was 20 I have always had a good skin regime. I have tried a whole range of products; La Mer Guinot, Clarins, Declor, and had regular facials and peels. When I got to 50, my skin started looking dull, I had pigment issues, age spots and fine lines.
I had consultations with many reputable therapists and dermatologists and although there was a marginal difference, I never had noticeable improvement.

Going back to December 2019, I came across Dr Raj Arora’s Instagram page and very quickly booked in to visit her. That’s when our journey began! She has changed my life completely. I had extreme hyperpigmentation and mild acne. My skin was super congested. I always used Kiehls, Estée Lauder etc thinking these were great for my skin. After meeting Raj I learnt what my skin actually wanted and needed. Medical grade skincare is the way forward for me!

Even though I’d never followed a routine before & slept with my make up on most days, she eased me into the daily process & I wouldn’t miss the routine now for anything. Dr Arora is the best in what she does!! I will always go to Dr Arora for all my dermal fillers needs, and the aftercare I received was amazing.

I visited Dr. Raj in January 2020 and have not looked elsewhere since! When it comes to skin she knows what she’s talking about. She put me on the Obagi Clenziderm to tackle the uneven texture, tones and oily elements in my facial skin, and I can honestly say the results are amazing! I haven’t come across any high street products that give the same level of improvement (and I have tried A LOT), I wear less makeup since and my skin just feels squeaky clean all the time. Dr.Raj educated me on skin and took her time to understand my skin history and recommend what she believes is the right treatment suited for ME...and she’s such a lovely human being!! Highly recommend her and the The Face Bible for anyone dealing with skin issues.

For over the past two years I have been suffering with adult acne. After numerous visits to the Doctors and a referral to two Dermatologists, the various creams that were prescribed couldn’t keep the acne away.

My skin was deeply pigmented, I had large pores and used to get daily break outs all over my face, into my chest and back.

Words don't do justice for my excellent experience with Dr Arora at the Thefacebible. I had researched far and long for a trusted and safe place for me to go for fillers. In Dr Arora's care, I felt my concerns and apprehensions were listened to; she has a lovely way of explaining things and with her background of being a doctor, I felt that I could completely trust her as she could remedy a situation if the unforeseeable occurred. On my first visit, I was so incredibly nervous, but she was very friendly and easy to talk to - pre, during and post treatment. I wanted natural looking lips and that's exactly what I got. I can't express my gratitude for the care I received. Dr Arora is now my only go to for injectables; I would recommend her ten fold.

Dr Arora is one of the most knowledgeable and kindest professionals in the industry. Everything from communication to treatment was and is seamless.
