Backpack bag

Delivery was extra prompt too. I also liked that bag is packed in its on protective bag. As for the enclosed Toblerone what a pleasure although all finished.....

Late Delivery…
I purchased a handbag 10 days before I needed it to go on holiday with. It did not arrive until I had already left and my immediate thought was to send it back once I returned home. However I did really like the produce so decided to keep it. I just feel the delivery time was far too long.

Our records indicate you placed an order for the Metallic Silver Shopping Bag on 9th March 2017. The Metallic Silver Shopping Bag is a made-to-order item and requires approximately 7 business days for production and a further 3-5 business days for shipping/delivery. These timescales are clearly indicated on the product page, for the Silver Shopping Bag, on our website under the "DELIVERY AND RETURNS" tab.
Your bag was dispatched, by the designers, on 16th March, and delivered to you on 20th March which is within the delivery timescale listed.
We always recommend customers read all the information pertaining to their purchase, including delivery timescales, before placing an order. Particularly if the customer is buying a product to wear to an event on a particular date.
Nevertheless, we're so pleased you like your bag as it is a lovely product, as you have noted!
