Lovely item. I asked for a different colour buckle which Becky was more than happy to do, and communicated well. The belt is well made and very comfortable, and I have worn daily since received. I’d order again from Carv.

Becky was great answering my questions before my purchase. She supplied leather samples so that I could decide on the right colour.
Now that my bag and purse have arrived I am thrilled with them. The smell of the leather is gorgeous. The quality of the leather and workmanship is superb and it is good to be able to support a British artisan.

Having heard about Carv from my sister, who already owned a couple of bags, I finally treated myself to a Pioneer midi bag and matching card wallet. I wanted them in a colour that was out of stock online so contacted Becky to advise. She was very friendly and helpful and managed to accommodate my request. The bag and wallet arrived beautifully wrapped and presented with a hand-written note, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new items! They're exquisitely hand-made and are absolutely beautiful. The time, care and skill involved are obvious, and they're timeless items that I'll enjoy using for years to come. It was a pleasure dealing with Becky from start to finish and she's a true artisan and professional in her field. I'm so pleased I treated myself to such a gorgeous bag and matching wallet. So much more personal and beautiful than something you'd ever pick up on the high street, or even designer store. 10/10!

I ordered a wallet bag but unfortunately it didn't fit my phone. Becky, the owner of Carv offered to make me a new bag with my bespoke measurements - at no extra charge. I've never received this level of service! The bag is beautifully made and stylish. I've received lots of compliments. I would highly recommend this brand.

We have purchased two bags from CARV in the past and have been very impressed with the quality. So we purchased a key ring, which although it was tracked, got lost in the post. Becky was very quick to make another and post it again. This time it arrived and as usual, the quality is excellent.

Becky was amazingly helpful throughout the process of purchasing and the quality of the leather and product is legitimately far superior to anything that you would buy from a designer brand charging x2/3/4 times the price. Cannot recommend enough!
