I absolutely love fashion pass! It’s a sustainable & affordable way to keep your closet updated every month. I love that they have different membership tiers as well – if I know I’m going to an event or wedding I will always bump my membership up to the highest tier. 10/10

I just signed up for Fashion Pass as a Socialite member with literally no understanding of how the subscription worked other than I got to pick 2 items and 1 accessory. At first, I’ll be honest I was a bit turned off that y’all don’t have an app but I keep seeing y’all everywhere so why not? Rent the Runway I’ve started to see from reviews isn’t great lately. I clicked around to understand the FAQs, the returns, some of the links to get the details and I’m admittedly so the kind of person that wants all of the details. I clicked the Chat function and at first it was a bot, but luckily I was able to quickly get to a representative. I must have asked Amanda 50 questions 😂 I asked about the introductory offer, how long I could keep the items, how long they would take to come to me, if there was a delay how that would affect my subscription, how do I cancel, etc.. At one point, I started coming up with real world examples of if I were to not like the shoes that were delivered with 2 dresses would I have to wait to wear the dresses to return it all together. Long story short, I asked her a lot of questions. Amanda answered every single one. She was knowledgeable, positive, thorough and thoughtful in her explanations. A few times saying to me, “I hope that makes sense 😊.” Because of this interaction with your customer service rep Amanda, as I told her… I now feel like a Fashion Pass Expert. I personally asked her how I could recognize her patience, kindness and just plain being great at her job - especially as an ONLINE customer service representative. So thank you Fashion Pass, you have a true rock star in Amanda!

I love FashionPass and the amount of clothing options they have, but the best thing about their company might be their customer service. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. They have a chat on their website that not only lets you speak to a real person, but they respond within seconds of any question you ask. Seriously could not recommend this company enough!

I have been a "member" of FashionPass for 4 months now. I've had the opportunity to rent clothes almost every week! I was nervous that every shipment would have something that just didn't fit right, but I was wrong. I've rented the cutest designer clothes and it couldn't be more convenient. They emailed me all of the closest "return" locations and they are minutes from me. LOVE Fashion pass

FashionPass is a MUST! This makes having cute outfits for every event so easy. I’ve been using it for the last year and I’m never going back. They have great brands, quality clothes, and shipping is so fast. I literally have new outfits every weekend.

Absolutely love Fashion Pass! They always have new, trendy outfits to choose from. Shipping is super fast. Works great for me since I like novel pieces consistently.

FashionPass was SO prompt and helpful when I had questions about out of stock merchandise. I had an order that wasn't delivered & was able to resolve the issue & find a solution with FashionPass in less than a week & receive a replacement a week later. I was able to talk to a human and not a bot, I felt the manner that my issue was handled in should be standard for all companies but that isn't always the case!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Fashion Pass! I’m always excited to receive my new shipment of rentals, and receive so many compliments at the events I attend.
Not to mention how great their customer service is!
Today, I realized my fiancé hung up one of the dresses in our closet a month ago so I was charged for keeping it. I immediately texted customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to help me out and was super sweet and helped me resolve the issue! Thanks Amanda!

I’ve been a member for a couple years now, and i can honestly say that my Fashionpass membership is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Their clothes are from high-quality, trendy designers like for love and lemons and show me your mumu, and they’ve recently made significant improvements to their inventory. Their memberships are very reasonably priced, and unlike some of their competitors, you get unlimited swaps per month. However, they don’t have an app, so I’ve never used more than one swap a month because I don’t want to bother going through the rental process on their website. While their professional options are not as plentiful as rent the runway or nuuly, it’s totally worth having this membership for just weekend and event wear.

FASHIONPASS has been a wonderful discovery for me! I’m not usually one to hone in on customer support, but reaching out when I need help is a task I typically avoid at all costs…genuine, efficient, and helpful are 3 adjectives that come to mind after chatting with customer support this afternoon. I’ve now had 2 support experiences that went exceptionally smooth.
Due to the nature of this company, there are a lot of variables that present that are unique to renting high-end clothes and accessories. FASHIONPASS gets an A+ across the board and I’m grateful to chosen them to do my business with each month.

I absolutely love FashionPass. It is an amazing rental company that is sustainable for the environment, affordable, and has the cutest, trendiest clothes! You can exchange the items you picked an unlimited amount of times per month, and they’re always getting in new stuff. I constantly get compliments on what I’m wearing when I wear their items!! It’s SO worth the money, especially being a college student who has so many different themed events that I need diff clothes for. Literally cannot recommend it enough

FashionPass is great for the girl on the go with multiple events who wants to spice it up every now and then! The accessory options are adorable as well! I'm hoping they'll open more clothing up past size 10, and possibly more handbags and belts but I have no complaints! Just do it! xo

Such an amazing service.... Clothing has always arrived in perfect condition and looks brand new! This is the perfect service when you don't want to drop $$$$ for a one-time wear dress/ outfit. I have also discovered some brands that I now LOVE but had never heard of them before! Read comments on fit as they are pretty accurate and have helped me make the right decisions when choosing sizes LOVE LOVE LOVE! )

I LOVE Fashion Pass. It has saved me so much time/effort/money for shopping for work, events, or simply just cute outfits to wear on the weekends. I also love that I am able to keep any of the items I rent at a huge discount! It has made shopping fun again ☺️. The reviews are extremely helpful and the shipping is SO FAST!

I LOVE FashionPass!! All of the clothing is high quality, the shipping is super fast, & it’s so easy to return the items! It’s also really easy to pause your account if you ever want to take a quick break, but this service is great year round & I highly recommend!!

I have been using FashionPass for awhile now, and I can say with full confidence that it is worth every penny! Not only do I have a constant flow of new clothes coming to my doorstep, but I ultimately save money doing so! Their shipping and returning process is easy and the quality of their products is great! Being someone that doesn't like to rewear clothes, I will definitely continue my membership for the foreseeable future!

I'm obsessed with FashionPass and rave about it to all of my friends! I started using it about 1 year ago and honestly haven't shopped since! I have new clothes every single week without the guilt of feeling like I'm buying stuff, wearing it once, and never again. It's especially great for weddings - I've had 9 weddings, 4 bachelorettes, and a few bridal showers this summer and haven't had to repeat any outfits! That said, you can also find outfits for work, working out, casual hangs, vacation, truly anything!! I could go on and on, but it's simply the best!
