Hampstead Flooring laid a solid wooden floor in our entrance hall-way 9 years ago. I was very pleased with how well it held up to the constant comings and goings, but after major building work to the house the floor, although protected, never quite recovered. I was unsure whether a sand and seal would return it to its former glory but it absolutely has. The floor looks as though it's been newly laid. I'm relieved to have my entrance hall back looking as good as new. Many thanks.

Daniel and the installation team did a fantastic job helping select and replace the carpets in our new flat. They were agile, pragmatic and customer oriented. The carpets supplied were of superb quality, too, and the range selection was excellent. Would recommend 100%.

Sale of the Amtico product was conducted in a professional manner . Good communications . Installing of the product was done with skill by a good natured Danny and his mate over 3 days . We had the Great Gatsby pattern which was made up of hundreds of pieces of vinyl glued together to produce the pattern . Not a simple thing to do . Thanks to all involved in giving us a brand new exemplary flooring .

Very good experience using Fulham and Chelsea flooring for my amtico flooring. Danial in the shop was so helpful getting the work arranged in a short time I had. My fitter Danny was very professional and excellent quality of work. Will be going back to get my carpets next year.

Very professional team. Very organized, did a clean and neat finish. Removed all old carpets and left our flat with all furniture and accessories placed in correct places. Workers were very accommodating to some delays caused by plummers and did their work quietly and on time, and always available to answer any queries we had.

I found Fulham & Chelsea Flooring Company to be helpful and efficient in the ordering and laying of my new sitting room carpet. The fitter arrived as advised and was very nice and did an excellent job. I would recommend the Company without hesitation.

We had a brilliant experience at each stage of the project. The team found the samples we needed, were responsive to our requests, provided expertise re underlay. On the day they were friendly, on-time, installed quickly, and left everything neat and where it belonged. Great project all-around.

This company recommended LRJP builders to remove and install my subfloor. They did just that and went and installed it at the wrong height after being instructed 4 times from the very outset that it had to match rest of the property floor height. How then they managed to do the exact opposite of what I’d asked I don’t know! The difference between levels was so plain for anyone (not even a floor fitter) to see. They took it up again and relaid and then started creeking badly. They then decided to walk off the job to cut their losses leaving me high and dry as they knew they’d messed up a pretty basic job. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and inconvenience. That was 3 weeks ago and I’m still no closer to having subfloor finished. Another company came to look at it and confirmed whole this has to be taken up again and done properly as LRJP had botched it. I wish they’d never started and I should have used someone else. Flooring group should not be recommending to anyone.

My motto is ‘never in hot blood’ so I have waited since August before posting. My case is complicated and will not be resolved. I say to anyone contemplating using the services of The Flooring Group Hampstead…. Think very carefully! Their motto ‘100 per cent customer satisfaction’ is interpreted by their chief executive, as when he says you should be satisfied!!!! In these days of prepayment, without goodwill the customer does not count for much.”
