Flyfisher experience

I was a bit disappointed to find out after ordering my neck gator that it was out of stock, and by through the way of a phone call. I definitely wouldn’t appreciate that experience again.
However they did notify that this was the case ( eventually ) and I did have to wait a fair bit longer this time round.
I did receive a follow up call to say it was on its way, but I think through this experience I would rather just order it from overseas knowing I would receive the right choice/ colour and wait it out a bit longer, rather than risk ordering it and then find out that it’s out of stock again.

Apologies I have to be brutally honest on this one, in the past I haven’t had any problems & they do seem to have respect with customer service.

Fantastic product, despite issue with delivery !

Fantastic product ! The tracking and everything was great. However, perhaps during the preparation of the shipment, the address was incorrectly copied by a team member. Luckily I managed to get a hold of my order. Considering the price of the product, that mistake would have costed me a lot ! My partner has ordered something from the Flyfisher before and a similar situation happened! Hopefully this would not happen again!!! Otherwise... fantastic service and product!!

Thanks for the feedback and we really appreciate you support. We're transitioning to eParcel this week with address verification and so this issue won't be a problem in the future. Our team know everything there is to know about flyfishing, but we all have terrible hand writing!
