After ordering a flyline, it was not going to be back in stock for a few days.
A phone call and an offer of an upgrade at no cost. My new flyline arrived a couple of days later.

Too busy fishing to run the shop apparently, their excuse.
We ordered the rod on Saturday and it took until Tuesday to get it in the post. We paid for express post. Maybe we should’ve paid for express service to. Apparently on the day you had a lot of mail to send out but a $1600 rod was not a priority. It’s not a mistake I will make again.

Hi Simon, apologies for the day delay in dispatch (Aus post not open weekends). We don't prioritise orders by order value. It's a busy time and we're unable to fish two weeks out from Christmas (insert sad face emoji). We hope you are happy with the new rod and were able to slay some fish with it over Christmas/New Year!
Very impressive service
Very impressive service. Wasn't able to secure original fishing shirt I ordered however was immediately advised of an alternative. This arrived speedily in the mail and I actually like this shirt better than the one I originally ordered. Good result and good service. Will definitely recommend The Flyfisher to anyone and will shop here again.
