The FAULTY Dog - NOISY Dog Collars
The Foggy Dog boasts, in one of its video advertisements that their collars are "100% jingle-free collars," which is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered one for each of my dogs, and when they arrived, one was perfect. The other, the "luxe buckle" rattles/"jingles" with every move my dog makes. I messaged the company and their comment back to me was that, "We do strive to make our collars as “jingle” free as possible, but due to the metal and buckle style we use, some slight noise can still occur. Our signature gold hardware is designed to be both stylish and functional, but I completely understand your concern about the buckle’s noise." They were not willing to offer an exchange/replacement. Faulty advertising on a $35.00/each dog collar AND not standing by their "100% jingle-free" product is absolutely ridiculous! I would not recommend The Foggy Dog collars to anyone! Look elsewhere for better quality, better customer service and more than likely, much cheaper.

I purchased a leash from Foggy Dog almost three and a half years ago. I and my dog loved the leash -- just the right weight, length, and tension to let us know what each other is doing and thinking during our walks. Unfortunately, the leash's clasp broke a couple of weeks ago. But, even after more than three years of use, Foggy Dog replaced the leash for us, free of charge. Integrity is appreciated!

The Foggy Dog has unethical business…
The Foggy Dog has unethical business practices and poor customer service. I purchased a collar for a friend's dog - first it was delayed in shipping. Then my item never arrived and was lost. I had previously looked at their return/exchange policy on their website and there was nothing to indicate I would not get my money back. When I emailed their customer service team to notify them that my purchase never arrived they told me they would not refund me as it was not their policy. When I pressed them further they said in the FAQ portion of their website they say that for lost packages they will only do store credit. This should be published where they have their returns and exchanges, not under miscellaneous FAQs. I will never purchase anything from them again and would discourage others from purchasing from them.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have placed 2 orders with Foggy Dog and have had horrible experiences both times. SCAM!!! We will no longer be a customer with Foggy Dog. They need to improve their shipping and provide better service to their customers. Our first order we received someone elses bandanda. Wrong size, pattern and name. We had ordered it for a family photo shoot with our dog. They refused to refund us and said we had to wait for another one from them...but it was too late for the day of our photo shoot. The second time our package was lost and the tracking showed it never transferred to USPS. They made us wait 10 days for there to be no tracking updates. Of course...still lost 10 days later we reach out again. We wanted a refund as we ordered a sweater for our dog for the winter. Now winter is almost over. They refused the refund and we still have not heard back.

Cute, but very poor quality
I bought a printed collar that was adorable out of the box. However, I found out quickly that their printed collars are just white nylon collars covered with a thin printed fabric. The printed fabric layer is so tissue-paper thin that it actually began to disintegrate to the touch in several places within a couple months, revealing the white nylon collar underneath.
I wrote to customer service about the issue, and they offered me a store credit to replace the collar. They did not take responsibility for the poor quality of their product, however, and the rep told me the collar must’ve gotten snagged on something, which it absolutely did not.
So, buyer beware. The quality of their collars is very poor, a they are not interested in using their customer feedback to improve their products.

Poor customer service
I've ordered from them several times. Their product tag on the bandannas bleeds when washed.
Today I received a completely empty, unsealed envelope from them for a $100 order. No phone number on their website to contact them. Had to send an email, which they were slow to respond to. Their response: "they're looking into it." They should have shipped a replacement immediately.

Items will break extremely quickly
I ordered a collar, harness, and leash from them for my dog for Christmas. The design and colors were so cute and perfect which made me decide to spend the huge amount of money. Her collar (which never even has the leash attached to it) lasted less than a month before the threads began coming undone, which I just accepted and sewed it back together myself. Then on our walk, 5 months after wear, I noticed that her harness was hanging on by a few threads. We were on a sidewalk in our town where lots of cars and other dogs walk so it was extremely stressful. They really need to better the quality because although they have very cute designs, safety should be prioritized. I am super disappointed because I wanted to love them.

Purchased a leash from them and it was sturdy rope material that my Frenchie chews on with no problem. Great staff and very open line of communication.
NEVER AGAIN!
This is my first and last order from this company I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I placed the order.
I placed an order with something personalized within five minutes sent 6 emails to tell them that the digit on my phone phone number was incorrect and informing them. This could be detrimental because an animal being lost. They have. NO PHONE NUMBER for Customer Service . They claimed to have sent me an email within several hours which I never received.. I received an email though that I was getting a refund they were canceling my order and a very SNARKY comment in the email about my purchase/refund. I hope this helps and I hope that people Will understand. This is not a reputable company and it was a huge disappointment as I was looking forward to receiving my dog products. I will continue to shop for Mine at upscale stores such as Nordstrom, TH yes have great customer, service, and high-end product. Such a huge disappointment. Rude and lack of service.

DO NOT BUY - buckles come undone
We went with a Foggy Dog collar because of the cute options, but also for the metal hardware which we thought would be safer. It's fun to have a cute collar but at the end of the day, they are for safety and these collars are not safe at all. The buckle has come undone several times, once when we were on the side of a busy road. Our dog is a puppy, so this was very scary because she easily could have bolted. At first we though maybe we just hadn't pushed it in hard enough to make sure the tabs locked on both sides, but now that it has happened repeatedly - we don't trust it at all.

Very Poor Customer Service on Many Levels
I ordered a personalized bandana for my daughter’s dog as a Christmas gift. I paid for express shipping and was assured by their site that I had ordered with more than enough time for Christmas delivery. At first, the USPS site said 12/23 delivery, then switched to 12/26, then back to 12/23. I contacted Foggy Dog and they assured me the item would arrive before Christmas. It just arrived TODAY, Jan 3! My daughter and her dog have returned to their home out-of-state, and I told Foggy Dog I no longer wanted the item this long after Christmas. They have been difficult to communicate with and as of today, are unwilling to provide me a credit for the very late item. Buyer beware!

Questionable Customer Service???
Placed order on 12/16 hoping for Christmas delivery (paid extra for shipping). Reached out on 12/17 to cancel order if item could not be shipped by 12/18. Was assured item would be shipped no later than 12/19 but as of 12/20 USPS does not have item. Will not arrive in time for Christmas. The Foggy Doggy would rather take customer’s $ and mislead customer with artificial delivery times/dates. Try to support small businesses but questionable customer service means The Foggy Doggy will no longer get my business.

They avoid posting bad reviews on their site. I bought a velvet pumpkin colar and lady bow set. Its awful and the rubber bands on the bow are at the ends of the bow, not as pictured on the site, so the bow bunches immediately. Sent complaint to cs, they told me to just keep readjusting. That says a whole lot about their quality :(. Tried posting a 1 star review on their site with picture but the verification email never arrives, so review never posts. Order #538796
Not worth the price
I’ve only had my dogs collar since the middle of April, and it is completely worn. The outside fabric faded, and is now missing in multiple places. The gold plate tarnished and actually irritated my dogs neck. For the price I expected something of much higher quality. I’d be better off purchasing a cheaper collar at a pet store.

Very disappointing quality
I have to agree with the other reviewers about the poor quality of these collars. After a few months use, the buckle literally fell apart while I was putting it on my dog. Pieces of it went all over the kitchen floor. I’m just thankful it didn’t break while I was outside walking my dog. So expensive for the worst quality collar I’ve ever had.

Loyal Customer No More
I have been a loyal shopper since learning about the Foggy Dog in late 2021. Not only that, I tell everyone I know about them. I've spent well over $500 on dog bows/collars. I will no longer be shopping with them. They apparently launched a loyalty program - and having been a text and email subscriber I never learned about it - not to mention they're not even honoring all of my purchases for credit as a VIP shopper. I've emailed 4 times over the past week, can't get a phone call back, nor can I get a customer service rep with enough comprehension to understand what I'm requesting. Customer service is a lost art. I do my very best to support small business as often as possible - as I own one myself - but small business should still be able to provide excellent customer service. No ability to speak to someone in person? No go for me.

Super cute right out of the box, BUT…
Super cute right out of the box. Design is beautiful. But after 6 months his collar has completely disintegrated from the outside layer. My other dogs collar was half the price and holds up great!
