It’s no secret the Fold clothes are…

It’s no secret the Fold clothes are modern, high quality, and luxurious feel. Wearing a Fold dress gives me just the look I need to feel confident. Their customer service is excellent too. I ordered a dress and paid for next day delivery however the item did not arrive on time. Their customer service team was very professional and they made sure I receive it as soon as possible and offered to refund me the delivery fee, which shows that they live up to their promise.

Lovely clothes but don’t expect a refund any time soon

The Fold has amazing clothes and at sale price is really great value for the quality . Sadly this is totally let down by the returns service - it’s currently taking well over 3 even 4 weeks to refund which is totally unacceptable given the high price of the items. The system seems in chaos - can’t even get through to Customer Service - all I can assume is they’ve bitten off more than they can chew. Also no replacement option which makes it even worse (you have to buy 2 sizes and then wait weeks to get the refund). Such a shame as it really puts me off buying knowing it will take so long to get refunded .

The Fold is a class act

The Fold is a class act from the efficiency of booking a styling appointment to the charm of the team members. Completely different to the sullen staff, pushy sales people - or complete absence of staff which seems to be the norm elsewhere.

I regret buying in the first place and…

I regret buying in the first place and I won’t be buying again. The refund process is awful for a company that caters for corporate clients. It’s unfortunate and please don’t claim that you have a problem processing refunds because I read a review posted 4yrs ago and it’s the same horrible experience.

Wonderful experience

The item I purchased was returned because I provided the wrong address, due to predictive text. It was totally my fault as I didn't check, yet the customer service rep was very understanding, accommodating, and professional. Other clothing stores would have sold the item, long before refunding me. However, the service rep ensured that my package was re sent to my correct address.

Needless to say that I was elated to have the item delivered and over the moon when I got that perfect fit. Would I buy again? Yes! Would I recommend? Absolutely! These styles are awesome and the fit is everything.

Beautiful designs and fabrics

Beautiful designs and fabrics. Shipping was quick. My few items ran small and proportions seemed more appropriate to taller person. Had to make an exchange and customer service was spot on.
Only negative was using DHL for return- pick up was not available in my area and few drop off locations.

After I returned an order to London…

After I returned an order to London from the USA, I spent considerable time trying to receive credit on my American Express. Helena in customer service at The Fold London was most helpful in resolving the issue, which originated not with The Fold London, but with a third party e-commerce intermediary. While I would rate my experience with intermediary very poorly, I give Helena and The Fold London five stars for professionalism. In addition, the clothing I have purchased from The Fold London in the past has always been of the highest quality. When properly sized, the clothing drapes and fits exactly as seen in online photos and the catalog. I have absolutely no complaints with The Fold London’s clothing or customer service.

Brava to The Fold and Shahnaz

I am delighted with my recent purchase from The Fold. First, the dress I ordered is beautiful. Flattering design, classic style, handsome fabric, excellent workmanship. Second, I snagged the dress on sale. Third, the customer service I received — across the Atlantic and several time zones — was outstanding. Because of that extraordinary service, I had my dress in hand in barely a week, despite ordering the wrong size initially and having trouble with the logistics of returning the original order.
A special shoutout to Shahnaz, who helped me navigate through the complications at my end.

Excellent service

Sadly one of the items that I bought during a sale event was too big and needed to return. However, because of my annual break I was not able to send it back as per the policy. I connected with customer service and they were extremely friendly. Promptly to offer to extend the return period in order to cover my holiday! This is a true customer centric company with very high quality products! Well done The Fold!!!

Lily in the Cadogan Square store

Lily in the Cadogan Square store, helped me choose my outfit for my daughters wedding in May, she was very professional in always and with all the comments I had at the wedding about the Palmerston dress, I was truly happy with my outfit.
