A very positive experience, Alex was very professional and he made sure we could see the carat of each piece through his magnifying machine. He wasn’t pushy and we feel gave us a very fair price which went straight into our bank account whilst we waited.

I met up with Alex a few weeks ago at my home, after an embarrassing few moments (private joke), we came to an agreed amount which I was delighted with.
