The Good Prep Avis 

This is my 2nd week on goodprep meals, I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Ingredients so fresh. Good portion sizes and all meals and snacks delicious. Looking forward to next weeks order to try different meals - so much to choose from. No more cooking for me!

I had the smoked salmon bagel and the banana protein pancakes, both tasted absolutely outstanding.

Full of protein , great packaging and delicious. Will be purchasing again and highly recommend.

Just tried for the first time, and had the Thai Chicken Curry. It was a great portion size and tasted much fresher and more natural than other supermarket equivalents. Very impressed.

Very tasty food. Well balanced flavours. Large portion of delicious king prawn with vegetable. Kept my energy levels up for many hours.

What can I say other than the meals are amazing. They are nutritious and great size portions. Not had one meal I've not liked. Highly recommended and the staff are so friendly and helpful

So glad we found the Good Prep! The meals are delicious, healthy and use really good quality ingredients and the team are super friendly and helpful. My bf and I are doing a fitness program and they have made the nutrition side a breeze. We have already decided to continue using the Good Prep on an ongoing basis after our program ends so we can maintain the results!

I can only say great things about The Good Prep! I'm a very picky person when it comes to healthy and high-quality food and they have exceeded my expectations - tasty fresh food, amazing customer service, easy delivery always on time! I've tested a few of the main meal prep companies but I had by far the best experience with the GoodPrep, so I would highly recommend it! I haven't had a single meal I wouldn't like, as a pescatarian the fish quality is important to me and it was very good! Overall, super happy with their services!

on the second meal afte recently becoming a customer and i have to say i am quite impressed. I dont usually eat alot of veg as its not something that appeals to me - but iv just had the chicken makhani and the ratio of sauce to veg and meat is perfect. I was worried it might be too dry but so far really happy and impressed with the quality.

Fantastic experience and service all round! I reached out to The Good Prep last week to see if they would service crew catering for a sports film production shoot. They quoted us very reasonably and prepared all of the meals within 24 hours, catering for all needs and dietary requirements. The customer service was super friendly and accommodating, Ben is a massive credit to the team! He kindly facilitated all of our needs and was very responsive throughout the whole process! I would 100% recommend for healthy catering for any productions or events. The crew were all very pleased with the food and everybody commented on how nice it was to have a healthy meal during a shoot, giving them energy for the rest of the shoot day!

Excellent food, much better quality than other meal prep services I have tried.

Service is great too, they have quickly altered delivery arrangements where required with zero fuss.

Amazing! The food here is absolutely delicious. Every member of staff i have met is friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

Having started a new fitness programme with a personal trainer, I've been desperate to take away some of the hassle of meal prep.

So, I recently googled the top 3 recommended meal prep companies, and quickly subscribed to the minimum boxes on 'Lions Prep,' 'Prep Kitchen,' etc.

Having tried all their meals I was disappointed that I could find only 1 or 2 meals that were palatable. Even then, they weren't low carb, which is what I wanted.

It was then I was referred to Good Prep by the awesome trainers at Ultimate Performance (UP).

All I can say is WOW!

I've tried around 6 different meals so far, and even single one has been a show stopper. Even my wife loves 'em, and she's hard to please believe me.

Good Prep really care about the quality of their meals, and it shows.

The food from The Good Prep is delicious! I have tried it myself and also used the service for health concierge clients who are also delighted with the food from a taste, freshness, and variety standpoint. The options are great for being able to tailor meal plans for specific dietary requirements and nutrient needs. Though The Good Prep have only a small team, customer service has been outstanding throughout my communication with them. If you are considering a healthy food delivery option you cant get better than this.

There are only 2 requests I would make :

1 - Please go and teach the rest of the UK what 5 star service is all about.

2 - Please consider delivering to France, you can certainly teach the French a thing or two about delicious healthy food !

I've used The Good Prep for my professional football players and have been nothing but impressed by this company. The food has been top tier- both quality and quantity from a macro/nutrient perspective especially. All the players have given me great feedback and love how convenient it is and even wanted to order extra for their families as well. The employees have also been so helpful and communication has been exceptional.
