Very bad
Very bad, missing items as well as charged me more price then on label as well, no refund or reply to email after two days now, I writing review, they lost a customer, money greedy people this company is a shortterm won't last long, should focus on honesty and providing customers needs then being money greedy, money greedy business don't last long.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise if you feel that way, however our previous reviews show a reflection of our service. On occasions mistakes do occur and it our teams responsibility to resolve issues as soon as possible which can also be seen in our reviews.
Unfortunately, some of our products arrive with price points labelled on them without prior notice and we ship them out immediately which has happened on this occasion.
We have tried to contact yourself via phone on numerous occasions with no joy and we have since replied via email. We would like to discuss resolve the issue regarding missing item which was not mentioned previously. We understand your frustration if this is the case, however we require your assistance to resolve issues.

Great experience
Great experience, and quick service. Replaced items that weren't available with very close match which we were very happy with. Can definitely taste the difference compared to supermarket brands! Planned for a 150 person event and ended up with near 400. Definitely enjoyed by all. Thank you

Excellent Customer Service and Product
No service is perfect but it is what you do when things don't go well. Due to unforeseen we couldn't receive delivery of the products. Halalfoodshop were very understanding of our situation, the owner himself rang me to clarify the situation and gave a full refund.
Me and my wife have been avid users of Halalfoodshop and will inshallah continue to do so. All of our halal meat and other produce is now procured from Halalfoodshop. They are a major convenience for busy Muslim professionals. 100% recommend.

First time ordering
First time ordering, ordered mostly frozen food so was a bit apprehensive about how the delivery will be executed. The package was well insulated and packed with ice packs. All products in perfect condition. Selected normal delivery- placed order on a Sunday night and received items on Tuesday morning. Delivery made by DPD so had a time slot. Will be using these guys again In Shaa Allah.

Terrible service
I ordered on Monday and paid for 2 day delivery. You didn't contact me back and I had to chase the order on Thursday, only to find out on Friday that you put a product on your site which you didn't have in stock.

Thanks for your feedback.
You are indeed correct, the products were unavailable due to best before dates being unsuitable. The 'Robertsons Exotic Spice Thai' is an imported product which unfortunately is not always in our favour when it comes to product lifelines. This product is also brought in to us by our supplier upon order and then checked if it is suitable for delivery. On this occasion it was not and our team will most probably remove the listing from our site as this is not a true reflection of our service.
Louis, once concluded this product was not available your full refund was processed immediately.
