Really impressed with the packaging
Really impressed with the packaging, the onion rings were partially defrosted but everything else was frozen.
The delivery driver was very friendly and courteous.
Our first order. Definitely be ordering soon when our business opens.

By Sara’s: Spring rolls tasted so off - don’t order avoid
By Sara’s: Firstly the order came packed well, I ordered the Chinese spring rolls honestly they tasted so bad they weren’t Chinese at all no veg just a tiny bit of chicken they literally had no flavour what so ever waste of money, they tasted so off I wish I hadn’t ordered.

There was a refund notifcation sent on Thursday 10th November when your order was being dispatched. Our dispatch team checks all products to see if they are suitable for delivery, whether that be best before dates or damaged packaging. On this occasion our team did not see fit for the 'Shan Meat Masala' to be dispatched.

Order was shipped in a timely manner, which was critical as this was a delivery to the Channel Islands. The item out-of-stock was refunded in a timely manner and we got everything else, as ordered. Perfect service!!!
