I would not hesitate to recommend Kathryn and her company as the place to go for a really well-organised, tailor-made holiday. We had fantastic service from Esther and the team at the Healthy Holiday company. Incredibly responsive to all our queries when making our booking last year. We were a group of four and keen to explore a number of different options which seemed to be no trouble at all. Esther was also super helpful while we were away and our hotel mistakenly added on transfer costs which we had already paid for. One email to Esther and it was sorted. I had a fantastic trip to Porto to a yoga retreat, which offered many different styles of yoga. This was great as you could get the best experience with great teachers, with a very extensive timetable. The pace of the week was ideal, with yoga, massages and bike tours, all very easy to book, adding to the relaxing experience.

I had an idea of what I wanted but felt I needed a little guidance with booking a stress free trip. Kathryn organised my holiday for me which was exactly right for me. Everything was arranged perfectly and worry free.

I was feeling totally frazzled after finishing writing my second book. I explained my requirements to the Healthy Holiday team and they suggested the Body Holiday would be a good fit. We absolutely loved the whole experience from start to finish and can't wait to go back. It ticked every box for us. A huge amount of choice of exercise classes including expert yoga tuition, daily treatments included, healthy food but also afternoon tea and fine dining options should you wish to treat yourself and all on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. We also enjoyed learning to sail and snorkelling. We did book a newly renovated beach front room which I would definitely recommend too.

Kathryn completely understood the brief and was patient and detailed in all our communications. First step was ensuring she had a detailed full understanding in what I was looking for from the holiday. We spent over an hour on the phone talking through my spec before she then went away to pull together a number of different options based on our discussion (location / budget / holiday purpose etc).
We went through options and I was undecided on which way to lean - I am sure I was not an easy customer and super difficult as I was undecided and kept flip flopping between countries / options . However, Kathryn and Esther continued to provide additional options and and talked through all my concerns and we then landed on Palmaia - House of Aia in Mexico. I would never have heard about this destination without Kathryn's signposting.
From the process of working through the options, to locking the finer details with the booking of hotel + flight, dealing with the hotel on my behalf, to the pre flight logistics and even post trip with a nice friendly follow up to check up on how the holiday experience had been - the service from this company is definitely focussed on excellent customer service and the experience with their support after the booking had been made, on par with the "pre sales" assistance.

I will definitely be using this company again - they have a fantastic attitude to their customers (eg, when I was hesitating over one destination due to weather concerns, Kathryn was supportive and actually encouraged me to switch to another alternative versus pushing to "secure the sale," - ensuring the customer has the best experience with the right vacation aligned to their requirements is front and centre for the Healthy Holiday Company - and for this reason, I will absolutely be using them again in future. And as sidenote - the holiday itself was literally the best vacation I have ever experienced - the liaison with the hotel / flights / logistics by Kathryn / Esther meant I literally only had to concern myself with what to pack ... (they even tracked my flight over there!) If you want a stress free holiday with all the organisation taken care of, and best value (the quotes Kathryn sourced was cheaper than I was able to secure myself), use this company - you won't be disappointed
