Saved the day
Travelled down from Darlington for the weekend and forgot my hearing aid charger, called in and spoke to Louise who was very helpful, offered to charge my hearing aids whistle I went for a coffee, called back an hour later and collected them, thank you Louise you definitely saved the day, would highly recommend this store, great service and super friendly

The welcoming was as usual very warm and friendly. The appointment was again right on time.

Great environment
Great environment. Tricia explained everything and was very meticulous. Answered all my questions and explained my results. I look forward to getting my hearing aids and hopefully enables me to get involved with conversations with my fiends and family without background noise overtaking things.

What I am paying for is expertise, competence, experience and flexibility. This is exactly what I get. I recently upgraded my hearing aids to the latest specification. By demonstration, therefore, I am a return customer. I think this says it all.

This clinic has a great reputation for good reason
A fantastic clinic - professional, approachable, knowledgable and reliable.
Everyone is friendly and helpful and I have been treated with respect, care and consideration on every visit.
The hearing aids prescribed have been perfect and every aspect of their use has been explained carefully. The ongoing aftercare is approached with the same amount of consideration and help.
I would recommend the hearing clinic at welwyn 100%
