After having trouble ordering a part online i contacted the store directly and they were able to promptly help me via text. Part was ordered and delivered at a reasonable time frame and was the correct fit for my blue ocean shower panel.

Upon checking, we've confirm that your order is still in transit. Your order was placed on April 26 and dispatched from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC on April 28.
We’ve recently observed delays in cross-border shipments and customs clearance. Additionally, USPS is currently experiencing processing delays, likely due to recent staffing reductions. Unfortunately, these issues have been affecting many of our shipments.
update* - According to USPS, the item was damaged during transit. As discussed, we will be sending you another one with new tracking info.

Bought their shower panel for the second time. The first one I got had great pressure and very modern design compared those you can find in Rona or Home Depot, so decided to get the second one for the bath. Very fast delivery and good communication.

Was the part I needed.Fit perfectly
Price was fine, shipping was really expensive, paid more for shipping than item. Flat rate of $15 for items that are small and weighs nothing was a bit extreme.

In most cases, the actual shipping cost exceeds this amount, regardless of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post etc).
