So easily could have been 5 stars.
I have no complaints with the 'service'as such, I would have given 5 stars....
Only my order included an 'outdoor clock' and I didn't receive my chosen colour, black.
So I was disappointed with that, as it was to be a gift and the black one would have been perfect.

was offered a replacement as the first shipment arrived damaged, but still have not received the replacement, to date

No parcel and no response from company until I used Facebook.
I placed an order on May 24th and received an email on 27th to say that my order was on its way. This email included a Royal mail tracking number and when I checked this, Royal mail were still waiting for the parcel. It is now a week later, and Royal mail still have not received it. I have emailed the company twice for an update and have had no reply.
UPDATE. I have since tried to ring customer service multiple times and nobody picks up. However, I found their Facebook page and messaged them. I had a reply after 20 minutes, and a full refund arrived in my bank an hour later.
