Excellent customer service from ordering on the telephone right up to delivery. They even went out of their way to get me an extra item from the supplier that wasn’t on their website. They stuck to their word on time of delivery and the delivery team were very friendly and professional. I also saved money from a different supplier. Well done HoB 👏🏼👏🏼

Good quality garden set
Ordered a rattan corner firepit set - really wanted the Asha and after ordering I was informed that there would be a delay with this set and so had to chose a replacement. Whilst this was disappointing the communication was excellent and the delivery of the replacement garden set was super quick and we’re really pleased with it. Table not too bad to assemble. Looking forward to using it this summer ☺️

I ordered dining table and chairs absolutely amazing quality I’m really happy. Also, the seller has been really good and helpful with my order absolutely great amazing customer service and amazing product. Highly recommended. I had some issues with the chairs I bought from the house of brands company it was a manufacturer fault they handled very well understood our concerns and got it sorted for us very swiftly I would highly recommend this place there service is very good esp Russ who was dealing with it. Incredible customer care and service from the shop floor all the way through to delivery, the staff in the shop aren’t on you like a dog with a bone and actually let you breathe while browsing yet ask for help and they’re extremely helpful, they take pride and care in their customers the delivery staff Breezy and co were funny polite and very quick taking care of everything with care I’ll definitely be back for more - I bought the large black gorilla the minx fiesta sofa and other ornaments

Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged. Company blaming courier, item damaged prior to being packaged. Customer Services appalling, not in a rush to resolve. Offered £5 discount to keep and insinuated I got a bargain over normal RRP! I thought I was buying a brand new item. Feedback from retailer is dishonest. Royal Mail are not at fault, the item was damaged before it was packaged. No attempt to rectify just emails asking for personal bank details. I have requested you provide a return label so I can send the damaged item back for a refund on several occasions which you are ignoring while you pursue Royal Mail who are not at fault. You have also emailed me several times requesting I remove my review. Which I have refused as you still haven’t arranged the return/refund.

We’d like to clarify that the book you received was carefully inspected and was in brand new perfect condition in original packaging before dispatch. Unfortunately, it appears the item was damaged during transit by the third party courier ROYAL MAIL — something that is sadly outside of our immediate control, but that we still take responsibility for as part of ensuring customer satisfaction.
Our customer service team offered a goodwill gesture of some money back for the book to keep it we also communicated that we would be more than happy to send you a replacement book at no extra cost once it's back in stock. We even offered to cover the return shipping charges to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
We regret that this review was left on the day the item arrived to you and before allowing us the opportunity to fully resolve the issue. We're always here to help and are committed to making things right — even when the situation arises through no fault of our own.
