Founded in 2020 by sisters Pernille and Charlotte, who each bring more than 20 years of experience in the jewellery industry, our mission is to connect customers around the world with carefully selected independent jewellery designers. Every piece in our collection is handpicked by our jewellery experts, chosen for exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design. First class service. Good communication. Delivered very quickly considering the order was coming from another country. Many companies in the UK take a lot longer to deliver items purchased online. Packaged very well. Would definitely recommend this company.

The various pieces of jewellery are great, however the stalk bit on the Georg Jenson earrings arrived bent, despite emailing twice, still haven’t had a response, extremely disappointed.

Vi er kede af at høre, at du fandt leveringen forvirrende – det er bestemt ikke vores hensigt. Vi forsøger at gøre opmærksomt på vores hjemmeside, at mange af vores smykker sendes direkte fra de enkelte designere, og derfor kan komme i forskellige forsendelser og indpakninger. På den måde sikrer vi, at du får dine smykker hurtigst muligt :)
Vi bruger desuden ikke fysiske følgesedler for at spare på papiret og minimere vores miljøaftryk :) Til gengæld sender vi flere mails undervejs i forløbet, udover ordrebekræftelsen – bl.a. når ordren behandles og afsendes.
Hvis du på noget tidspunkt har brug for en faktura eller anden dokumentation, er du altid meget velkommen til at kontakte os – vi hjælper meget gerne :)
