Poor or even worse quality if you compare with the promotional video.
On top poor customer service and very unprofessional approach. If you want to return goods huge returns postage cost which force you to keep poor quality good. Highly not recommend
I have ordered headphones for my daughter and didn't even recive them. Website doesn't even exist anymore, how do I get my money back ? I emailed they never responded 😒
I have just received my headphones from Thelabtech.uk dont let the name thelabtech nor UK fool you. This is a very cheap Chinese head phones worth maybe £5 or £10 the most, this me being generous. They are definitely based in Chine. For example I placed my order on the 4th/11/25 I received my order on the 20th/11/25. As I have said they they look cheap they small cheap they sound cheap. Don't let the adverts fool you like the did to me. The headphone case that dosent exist its just for advertising. If I could give 0 🌟 I would,unfortunately that option doesn't exist. When I requested a return this is the address they sent me.

Ordered online as I saw the advertisement, my bad really as I should have looked into it more. But they will send you a cheap ass looking headphones that is not even what they have advertised. It came in this ripped box, no headphones cover as what it said on their description and the headphones itself looked nothing like what they have promised. When I asked for a refund, they have the audacity to ask you for the shipping cost of the return product! Oh also they ship from China not here in the UK!!
