Delivered on time undamaged and exactly what I ordered. Great service.

I was searching for a specific bowl to fit our caravan sink. The website showed they had stock, so I decided to purchase with express delivery so we would receive it in time for our next trip. To make the cost worth it, I bought 3 other items that I didn’t particularly need yet, like tank cleaner etc.
The delivery arrived as expected, but the bowl wasn’t delivered. I emailed to chase, no reply after a couple of days so tried again. Eventually I was told they don’t have it in stock and it’s on back order. There was no communication from them to let me know they didn’t actually have the item I wanted, so I paid express delivery for 3 items I didn’t need in a hurry.
Needless to say, won’t be buying from them again.
