Hi Ian, thanks for your review.
We are sorry you felt the service warranted 1 star - as discussed with you this lock does not come with keys as most people want to fit their own key to match their existing key set. This is mentioned in bold on the item description. We offer barrel fitting as an extra service.
We then offered to cover the cost of collecting the item if you were not happy with it but this was not taken up. We aren't really sure how else we could have rectified the situation for you.

After receiving parcel realised I ordered the wrong component. Quick email to The Leisure Warehouse explaining my error I received a prompt email back from them with everything rectified and new items on their way.
Lesson learned. If you're not sure of the replacement part needed email and ask. Excellent 5* service and aftercare

No communication the item was so it's way and labelled with the wrong house number despite being correct on the order. Took hours my end to sort and chase the post man to get the parcel back
