BEWARE!! This is not a trusted site and this so called clothing company survives off scamming innocent people out of there well earned money for clothes that never arrive. I ordered off this site 2 months ago and have never received my goods off them or any correspondence, despite emailing them approximately 10 times. Disgusting human beings should feel ashamed of yourselves. Take your well earned money elsewhere guys!!

They used to be great! I purchased online items from them in 2018 and 2019 and received my items without any issues and I'd see their items sold at stalls at festivals. This year (2021) I went on their website and ordered more stuff near the end of May. I never received my items at the end of July. I tried contacting the shop twice via email and then went on their Instagram page and saw that tons of other customers are experiencing the same issue but have been waiting LONGER for their items and haven't been able to contact the shop either with some people waiting 8 months for a refund. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank and am hoping I get my money back.

If i can use -100 stars I would. The biggest scam. I placed an order over a month ago and paid more for shipping than the actual item for express delivery. My item is showing still as confirmed and I have sent several emails and no response. Please please please do not buy from this website as you will never see your product.

SCAM! Never shipped item or refunded.
I placed an order in February 2020 for over $100. Similar to other buyers, I used a coupon code and item was set to ship in 2-3 weeks. WELL.... I never once received item or any updates from company. After countless emails, I finally received a response in JULY 2020 from Lori, the owner saying “We can ship your item with express shipping”. Wtheck it is now 7 months later so I asked for a refund. She was refusing to refund me, insisting I take the items. I kept on refusing and asked for a refund one last time before filing complaint with FTC. She then stopped replying completely. I went to their Instagram page and sure enough, there are lots of other people who got scammed just like me. I filed complaint with FTC and bank and got my money back but DAMN! Such a headache having to deal with all this.

This website is a complete SCAM
This website is a complete scam. I paid almost $200 USD for different products months ago and I didn't get the products or a refund. I sent them multiple emails and messages on instagram, they said they were going to send my order, however I never even got a tracking number and then they just stopped answering.
On August 27, 2019, I purchased 4 items of clothing from thelumishop.com for a total of $182.57 that I paid with credit card. On September 20 I sent them an email, asking for a tracking number since I hadn't received one yet. My email was not answered. On September 30, I sent another email asking for an update on my purchase, since I still hadn't received any shipping info and a month had passed. On October 2, I got the following email from Lumi Shop:
"Thank you for your email. We deeply apologize about the delay. We are experiencing some delays for 1 of your items. We plan to ship out later this week, we will use express shipping service so you can receive in 1 week. Your patience is very much appreciated.
Best,
Lori"
However, I didn't receive any further info or my items. I emailed them again on October 18, November 12 and November 17 but didn't receive any answers.

Poor customer service
I ordered a two piece set and a top from the Lumi Shop on February 22nd. I used a coupon code from their instagram that indicated that my order would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. The order never shipped. I contacted the seller both through instagram and their contact form on their website on March 19th inquiring about my order. I received a response from the owner Lori on April 4th (6 weeks after my initial order) saying that the shipment had been delayed due to Covid-19 and that it would be another 1-2 weeks before they could ship my order (so 7-8 weeks from my order date). I told her that I have been waiting too long for this product and would like to cancel my order and get a refund. She responded saying that I used a coupon code that indicated that it would take 3-4 weeks to ship my order. I told her that it was actually 2-3 weeks and even if it were 3-4 weeks we were now at 6 weeks and I wanted to cancel my order. I told her that I did not understand her reasoning for not canceling my order when she hadn't even shipped it yet. She stopped responding to me. The following day I told her that I would give her a chance to cancel my order and give me my refund before contacting my bank and filing a complaint with the ftc. I never heard back from her. Thankfully my bank resolved the issue, but just save yourself the headache and shop from a reputable store.
And if you don't believe me, just have a look at their instagram @thelumishop_ and you will see similar complaints. Many people order, give this woman their money, and never receive their products.
