The team at The Luxury Bed Company were incredibly responsive and helpful. Leanna, Meg and Callum (all of whom were extremely friendly!) answered all my questions promptly and made sure I had all the information I needed to arrange delivery to Guernsey via courier (which is not always easy with larger items!). Their communication both via e-mail and telephone was second to none and, when I was placed on hold (which was never for very long) their facts and jokes kept me entertained, instead of the usual cheesy music you hear when other companies place you on hold!
I am now excitedly awaiting delivery of my two beds, while also looking at purchasing a further three beds with The Luxury Bed Company!

Amazing! From start to finish. I messaged via Instagram for queries and had fast responses. I asked for photos of the colours I liked, and they sent loads over. Then I purchased, then I had a phone call before they made it to ensure everything I wanted I had put down correctly. I love how thorough this is. And the had a phone call to arrange delivery. That was super smooth. I built the bed, which was extremely easy and straight forward and I’m obsessed. I want one in every room. Really gives hotel and luxury vibes with amazing quality. Absolutely over the moon with my decision to purchase

Excellent experience from order booking to delivery plus customer service as well as aftercare help. A complete package of professional services and excellence. I am a furniture village and DFS old customer and tried luxury bed company reluctantly due to many doubts of online shopping but my experience with them changed my perspective. The bed I bought with under storage is a class in its own with high quality material and craftsmanship. I am so happy that I made the right choice. I can highly recommend this company

Although we love our new bed there was a few issues with it,no instructions came with it,some of the stickers were missing which showed you where the holes were underneath the fabric,one of the draws won't close properly,the back of the headboard when pushed back to the wall caused a hole in the freshly plastered wall from the top screw,which had no protection cap on it,when I spoke to a member of staff from the Darlington branch he pretty much didn't care and was very unhelpful,just said to go on line and fill a fix it form in,also the base of the bed wasn't finished to a high standard which it should of been given how expensive these beds are.
Wouldn’t use anyone else, 4th bed we’ve had arrived today and they get better every time, The Number one !
I ordered a bed frame from The Luxury Bed Company after being quoted a 12–16 week delivery timeframe at the time of purchase. That delivery window has now passed, and I still do not have the item, a confirmed shipping date, or a clear ETA.
The order has been paid in full, yet communication has steadily worsened over time. While I initially received explanations about production delays, I have not been given concrete updates. Most recently, I have received multiple empty email replies with no content, which is extremely concerning and unprofessional.
I am currently pregnant with twins and planned this purchase around my pregnancy timeline. The lack of transparency and ongoing uncertainty has caused unnecessary stress and additional challenges.
Delays can happen, but the complete lack of clear communication and accountability is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable timelines or responsive customer service.
