I highly recommend The Makerss for purchasing high quality needle felting items. Everything I have bought from them does 'what it says on the tin' from fiber to kits needles and everything in between. Advice is always at hand nothing is too much trouble. Steffi, Sam and all the staff are amazing. You really can't give wrong.

My order arrived quickly and without hassle. I ordered a number of different dyed carded wool batts, all of the colours are vibrant and the wool is very soft and easy to use for needle felting. I feel everything I ordered was good value for money and very good quality, and I look forward from buying here again!

I've attended two in-person workshops (garden mouse and the peacock butterfly workshops) and absolutely loved both of them! Steffi was a wonderful instructor and gave me exactly the start I needed to kick off my needle felting journey. I've also purchased a bunch of their materials on location, as well as online. I love the birds legs I ordered. They arrived very well packaged and so much cheaper than another company I tried and were exactly the same. I will be ordering more as I am knitting a range of UK garden birds.

The site is very easy to navigate and the range of items available is very good. The kits come with excellent instructions via the QR code although paper instructions are available if you prefer. The contents supplied are generous and ample to complete your project. The quality of the supplied goods is very good. A lovely company to do business with and I would highly recommend them.

I ordered the January Blues Lucky dip and was delighted when it arrived. Fantastic value and some nice little extras.

The quality of products is second to none and there are specific colours I have only been able to find at the Makerss. As shipping costs are high (and occasional import duties when my package is flagged at the border), I do try to stock up when I place an order.

I have been a customer of the Makerss for over 6 years since I started my felting journey and in all that time I have received wonderful service and fantastic products, and very often a little supportive message in the box to cheer me up, or make me feel like a valued customer. I never buy from anywhere else and I love being part of their online community. Steffi posts lovely videos that connect with us on a very real basis and it is lovely to support a small business.

I’ve only ever ordered the bird legs, which are great. I contacted the Makerss about tariff charges. They responded quickly and clearly. I placed the order because it was relatively small and the tariffs didn’t affect the overall cost that much.
I appreciate that they are willing to ship to the U.S. even though the tariffs are awful.

My purchase arrived in good time and packed well.
I have been felting for 8 months now ( love it),and was looking for the needle tops to make it easier. Didn't think I'd have so much trouble. Then I found your site. They ate crafted in wood,feels nice to handle and lovely to work with. Will definitely be buying a couple more.
