Fast delivery which arrived in perfect condition and beautifully presented with clear instructions and templates. I can’t wait to make it and I will be back as you have an excellent choice on your website of projects that are ideal for beginners wanting to further their skills.

Except personal service. Notebook much trouble Always available for advice and plenty of things on line.

Excellent web pages to provide extra instruction and helpful ideas. Would happily recommend to anyone,

Great service and great quality wool!!! Very happy customer!!!!Would highly recommend!

A great service. Got what I wanted in the time stated and all arrived in a good condition. The items were good quality.

Outstanding products and customer service. The Makerss are definitely top of their game.

Fantastic quality wool (Shetland carded wool batts) for needlefelting 3D sculptures - shapes beautifully with a lovely silky feel and finish. Brilliant service, as always, and quick delivery. Thank you!

Great selection of good quality, ethical products, whether you're a beginner or pro. Lots of kits or just wools/tools depending on what you need.
Easy to use website, but delivery is Royal Mail so do bear that in mind (perhaps The Makerrs could reconsider this in future???)

The Makerss have such a wonderful range of needle felting materials and tools, and their wool is such lovely quality it’s a joy to felt with. I have been especially loving their PDF instructions to help with different projects. I am fairly new to needle felting and they have helped me to create a range of different animals, and learn new skills.

I have made several online orders and they have always arrived on time and well packed. I have since signed up to be part of their monthly Flock subscription club, and I can’t wait to have something to look forward to each month. The first subscription box came with a lovely case with materials to needle felt a flower scene onto, as well as instructions and materials to make a cute mouse!

I am so glad I found this shop and community to develop my new found skill and hobby. Thank you!

Excellent service and products . Live the dragon mix.

I object to having to comment on an order which has not arrived!

A prompt reply to my question by email resulted in an equally prompt order and delivery. What more could one want.

Good quality stiff pipe cleaners. Arrived safely and quickly. Thought the postage was expensive though.

Great service and good quality products.

I always use The Makerss for all my felting craft equipment and fibres. They are quality and reliable and have some fab deals and ideas.

Love the quality and provenance of everything from The Makerss. Always arrives well packaged and really quick. Good value.

Although I only ordered extra strong linen look thread, it is absolutely fantastic and super strong 😊 from Di

I've enjoyed my subscription to the Flock Box since earlier this year. But having paid for an annual subscription the boxes usually take a while to arrive and they patterns are always late being uploaded on the website.

Last month they also discontinued the printed newsletter which is a shame as to sign up to the email ones you also sign up to a lot of other emails from them, which became too much.

Then this month they've had some troubles with their payment systems. I was requested to reinput my bank details to receive my November box (which I'm still waiting on). As I've paid for a year in advance I'm not overly comfortable with this.

I understand they are busy sorting these issues and want to be sympathetic towards a small business but after multiple Facebook posts in their private group and emails I've not received a response but they still have time to upload and promote their Christmas kits and advent calendars.

I recently completed one of their kits sold through Cat’s Protection and it inspired me to make more cats. I ordered enough. I was missing an item, but they quickly resolved the issue for me.
Also, I ordered on Sunday and it had arrived by Wednesday 👍🏻
