After having an accident the guy took my car away for repair in a friendly and efficient way.

Yet again they can to our rescue ,after our breakdown last week we were taken to our local garage to hopefully repair our exhaust when fell off at an odd angle . Meaning we couldn’t drive our car , but the garage didn’t even have time to even look at our car by the following Thursday. So after calling Britannia again they sent out a very nice man and his truck to recover our still broken down car and took it to a different garage who looked at it the same day . What brilliant service , when your disabled and you only have the one car it’s nice to know that there some great people out there in your time of need .

Just dreadful. The guy couldn’t wait to get away from the minute he arrived. Clearly his shift was coming to an end and all he wanted to do was get back home to Doncaster for 10pm. He could have towed the vehicle to our house but gave some excuse, forcing us to wait another five hours to get home with another rescue service. Really poor form particularly as we had a young child with us. 6 and a half hours before we got home at 1.30am from the original call out.

Unbelievably quick turning up, kind, respectful & polite. Was a stressful time, this removed the stress.

Very professional notifications to keep you in touch of any hold ups due to traffic, roadworks etc , quick and easy to load my rav 4 to my destination. The garage for an injector misfire

Good communication by text and whilst waiting for truck to arrive. App showing location of truck was also reassuring. Friendly driver in a clean truck helped take the stress out of the situation and provide a lift to a convenient place where I was able to pick up a replacement car.

Excellent service from Mansfield, they arrived within an hour and Chris identified the potential issue with the car. As a result I managed to fix it myself, without the expense of main dealer prices.

We were on our way to Manchester for my Granddaughter's 16th Birthday treat. Although we had to wait longer than we expected for recovery, the recovery driver, and the staff at Mansfield were very pleasant, helpful and professional. We couldn't fault them. We never made it to Manchester, although the staff advised us of alternative places to visit

Brian was absolutely great, I am not in the best of health and he did say my car would probably get to my home, I wasn’t willing to try as I had a way to go on the motorway and didn’t want additional stress if the car broke down. Brian took me home and now I can have my car seen locally . Thank you for helping me.

My car wasn’t collected for a week after accident and found the communication very light I had to get a number of repair garage through a very dedicated and helpful staff member of enterprise hire . Car has came back and would not be a 1st class job carried out on it , ie blemishes on paint work also bubble in paint work and outside door trim not fitted properly.

The recovery service was reliable and efficient. I am so grateful to Mansfield Group for their help.
