would give it 0 if i could. absolutely awful. scam you for your money and dont respond to emails. i purchased 2 sets of nails and nail glue LAST YEAR. have had no emails or anything back from me asking questions, yet they have the audacity to send me advertisement emails. NEVER BUY!

Don't order as they never arrive and no response to email.Ive reported them to trading standards

I placed an order with this company back in June last year and not once have they contacted me back, it's ridiculous how they've got away with this for so long! And after seeing other reviews, it's not fair how people are spending their money on items not to receive them! It's a scam!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, ordered £30 pounds worth 2 months ago never received, emailed, texted them everything but no response, yet keep texting and emailing me offers, blocked me on their social media, marked them as shipped on the ship website but I know I won’t be receiving them, have reported them as a scam website and taking it further with the bank, absolutely disgusting how people can rob money especially during a pandemic. Get a real job

Absolutely disgusting company, ordered my nails at the very beginning of lock down and it is now feb 2021 and I have still not received. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam people, especially in a time of need line lockdown, never experienced anything like it. Vile

Never received my nails which I paid 16 pound for been over five weeks now have emailed 3 times no response discusting company and definitely scammers DONT BUY

What an awful company. Ordered 2 sets of nails months and months ago, paid like £8 for next day delivery or fast delivery one of the two. Never came, they never answered my emails. Absolute scam! And these press on nails Wernt cheap! Then they had the cheek to text out a promotion so I actually replied to the text telling them they should be ashamed. Only for someone to actually text back telling me they have lots of happy customers. do they hell!! Fast forward to now, I’ve randomly received 2 sets of the worst looking cheap awful nails. With a sticker on it saying “thanks for your order” what a bunch of c*nts these people are. DO NOT ORDER, I never check reviews of companies before this, now I won’t order from somewhere without checking!!

Stupidly didn't check the reviews before purchasing but STAY AWAY from this company. Ordered over a month ago, no products, no reply to emails and they have the absolute cheek to text and email every single day offering me deals. Complete scam.

Absolutely horrible. After buying some nails and having not received them I read all the reviews and thought oh god I have been scammed I will never get my money back. Then I got a few texts promoting products and offers. So I decided to text back and told them how disgusting they were for stealing money. Then totally out of the blue a parcel arrived with my ordered in it. Gobsmacked I tried the nails out. They were really poor quality and deffo not value for money

Agreed with all the others on here. Absolute joker scammers! Avoid at all cost. Taken my money, no response to emails. What evil people to do this on this current climate when money is tight. Can’t believe their site is still allowed despite all the complaints. For some reason it’s posting me as ‘Mr Phillips’.. definitely Mrs!

Just found a photo of my nails, done locally, used to promote their products! My nails were done back in 2018

DO NOT purchase from this scamming website , they do not send you your order and they do not respond to emails.

Paid for an order 20.06.2020 and never received them. Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid etc and stupidly placed another order 24.01.2021 for 2 more sets and guess what??? Never arrived.

I work hard for my money and find this unacceptable. Absolutely disgusting and they keep removing my comments on their fb page when all I'm doing is asking where my order is.

1 start is generous!!! Order places over 5 weeks ago and still not received my items. 5 emails have been sent and no reply. They still have the cheek to txt/email everyday!!!! Looking into getting a refund through my PayPal! Never had such a terrible experience with a company- if you can call them that

If I could write 0 stars I would. Order two packs of nails plus glue and paid for fast shipping ... it’s been two months and no return to my emails and no number to call. I should have known Instagram ads can’t be trusted! I also keep getting advertising emails and texts from them which is a cheek! I even text the number back once and someone replied saying it was on its way, but I’ve heard nothing since. Should be ashamed to run a scam like that .

I ordered back in the summer. Surprise surprise I never got my order either and got no response after numerous attempts of contacting them. Do NOT buy from them.

Shocked that they can be called a company and that they haven't been removed from search engine sites as they are in no way providing what has been payed for. Total scam. Complete lack of communication. After multiple emails, comments on Facebook sent not one response. Do not buy from this 'company'.

I ordered them oh the 25th November. I paid for express delivery £45+ For my wedding.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!
Emails and messages went unanswered. They then has the balls to text me offers. I text the number back and they told me to email and they still ignored me. I tried calling the number it went ignored.
They are a lot of crap, their scammers and I don’t know how they live with them selves. Their scum plain and simple, also I know for a fact any positive reviews on this website are done by themselves or they’ve paid people to write them!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
