I purchased the heated neck wrap for pain that I constantly have in my neck. I always try to use natural solutions vs using medication for the pain. About 2 weeks after ordering the wrap, I had not received it. I contacted the company and received an email from Sarah apologizing for the delay. She told me she would have it shipped out immediately and that she would be keeping a constant eye on it until I receive it. I received it a couple of days later. I was very pleased with the customer service Sarah provided. I sent her an email telling her that I am not used to this type of customer service and her quick response. The neck warmer has helped me a lot. I use it every morning for about 45 minutes as soon as I get up and it definitely eases the pain.

I had to return my bracevtwice because the size didn't fit correctly. They provided a return label promptly. Customerc serice is excellent.

I am writing this review to share my experience with the body shaper from The Natural Posture. Initially, I ordered two items from their website, but unfortunately, they didn't fit as expected. I contacted them on Sunday to request a replacement for one and a return for the other. To my surprise, I received an immediate response from an employee named Sarah, even though it was a Sunday. This quick response truly demonstrates how much they care about their customers.
Sarah not only sent me a free replacement but also issued an instant refund for the returned item. However, there was an issue with USPS, as they delivered the replacement to the wrong mailbox—something they've done twice in the past couple of months. Thankfully, I was dealing with a business that truly cares. They promptly sent me another replacement at no cost, arriving within 48 hours.

I received my product in a timely mannar, and because I ordered the wrong size I had to exchange it. The exchange process was easy and I got my brace 3 days after I sent my return. The customer service was outstanding and the tracking of my package was easy and accurate. The back brace itself was just as advertised ...comfortable and I noticed a difference almost immediately. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve their posture. Way to go guys you hit a homerun.

Posture improvement at 86 cannot be accomplished overnight, but I have made significant improvement in @ 8 weeks with the Complete Back Care product. The design, material, and construction are far superior to any similar product I have tested. With Sarah's great help, I just purchased the Premium Back Care product. By removing the shoulder pads, I wore it comfortably and unnoticed under my shirt while making a public presentation. Great products!

I first ordered from "The Perfect Posture" back in October 2024. I had several items in mind to buy. I had back surgery in early 2024. I researched what seemed like forever. Then I finally came to "The Perfect Posture". Each item had great detail about it. I started out buying 1 item. And I loved it! I had found the place I wanted to shop from! Since then, I have bought a lot of their products. Never disappointed! They don't just sell items, they give you information on all of their products, and tips to help you follow up on your improvement. Their range of products and information to go with each is limitless. Their Customer Service is amazing! I had emailed them to ask a question- I had a response within a couple of hours. Clearly, if you have a question, they are there for you.

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size back brace for my father, who is in his 80s and suffers sever back pain. I emailed The Natural Posture to enquire about an exchange and within 20 minutes it was all sorted with the right size brace on its way. Communication was the best I've experienced with any business I've ordered online from. I even received a follow up email to check the new brace fit. Product is of great quality and provides relief to my dad's back. Highly recommend.

I dislike this massager. It fits too tight on my neck and it doesn't massage like I expected, so there is no feel good relaxation. The company return policy is great.

I thought my purchase of 3 items would be delivered in the same package. However, only 2 items were delivered. Tracking showed UPS had 2 packages and it indicated that both deliveries were made.
I contacted customer service regarding the missing package. They responded to me on a SUNDAY! They said to wait a couple of days to see if it arrived. The second package did arrive a few days later.
I am very happy with the Premium Comfort Posture Corrector. The straps do not hurt my underarms like other posture correctors. I recommend this company.

I first saw The Natural Posture as an ad on Facebook and was dubious because of all the scam stores that are around, but I decided to give it a go and it has been fantastic.
I first bought the Men's Compression Girdle but it wasn't exactly what I was after (it did the job it said it would but I really wanted it to do what the Ultra Sliming Body Shaper does) so I purchased the Body Shaper.
The sizing charts helped me pick the right size and as a bigger guy helped me know that I wasn't too big for their product. I have used this so much that almost a year later it was time to replace it, so I placed my third order.
I ordered on the 17th of December and ordered two products this time and despite being Christmas I got regular communication and tracking showing my order was on its way and it arrived before the new year. (Which given the time of year is an amazing turn around, I could also track it each step of the way)
This product has helped me whilst I continue to lose weight in feeling better in my clothes, more confident and stand a bit taller. It comes with instructions to put it on (which I highly recommend you read before you try because the panic of getting stuck is real) and I believe that it is helping me give my skin time to repair and adjust during significant weight loss, maybe not completely but by what I feel is a tangible and significant amount.
The Ultra Sliming Body Shaper also has had some other surprise benefits for me being a little bigger, which is that sometimes the length of business or dress shirts don't cover all when you lift your arms or gym shirts don't cover all when you are doing squats. I was really self conscious about people seeing my stomach at these times and with the Ultra Sliming Body Shaper I'm less self conscious because it covers me when needed and I don't have to worry about these situations.
I really swear by these products and will be ordering again. They're great products, customer service is fantastic, they're communicative and I would recommend ordering.

I have been a long time customer of Natural Posture and have always had good luck with their products. After losing a lot of weight I was unsure of what size I needed. I wanted to try the Ultra shirts. The team was great help and the return exchange process was very easy. I reached out by email and they were very responsive. I received the Large Ultra shirts and they are fantastic. I would recommend Natural Posture to anyone needing some compression shirts.
Very responsive company...they stand behind their guarantee of satisfaction! I ordered two of the neck massagers; one for a good friend with neck pain and one for my husband who also has neck pain. My good friend loves her neck massager and says it brings her much needed relief from the pain. Unfortunately my husband's did not fit his neck well as he has a much thicker neck. The company emailed me right away to tell me how to return the item. At first the mail went to my spam folder and I didn't see it, but a few days later I found it. So always check your spam folder, if you have to return something. I'm very happy with how they handled it and would buy from them again.
What a great little company to deal with. I have recently purchased a number of items which have all been of a very good quality. One, the Magnetic posture Corrector, I found to be too tight around the shoulders. I contacted customer service regarding this via email and got a very prompt response. I could replace with a larger one or choose something else, or have a refund. I went for an adjustable lumbar support which arrived ASAP. The replaced item I could keep or donate to another. I have been suffering from low & upper back pain due to straining old muscles. I just turned 74 & keep forgetting that I can't do things I could do at 40, 50, even 60. I tried Chiropractors, physical therapy, strength training (I used to be a Personal trainer, so I know my stuff), all to no avail.
