I recently ordered one of your Shapewear shirts to try it out. Earlier this year I had an emergency surgery that left me with an ostomy device. I was desirous to find a compression shirt that was both comfortable and affordable. Your product has provided the light pressure against the stoma that I was looking for as well as a little concealment under my shirt. It has exceeded my expectations. After trying 3 posture correctors from other companies that did not work well, I bought one from thenaturalposture.com that has helped relieve the pain and promote healing from a rotator cuff tear and clavicle fracture. The product is very comfortable, easily adjustable, and stabilizes my injuries just right as I recover and go to physical therapy. My therapist is very pleased with the product too. The price was very good, quality is outstanding, delivery was fast, and when I had a question the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend The Natural Posture if you need products for your physical therapy and/or simply maintaining your health and quality of life.

I ordered 3 shirts of 2 separate sizes because I didn’t trust the size chart—I should had because it was spot on. One of my shirts didn’t arrive and after contacting customer service and providing pictures of the packaging of the 2 that did come, the 3rd was sent. Overall good experience and so far, happy with my purchase—again, should had listened to the sizing chart but lesson learned.

A spinal cord injury 35 years ago, 2 dislocated hips, and now a decubitus ulcer that needs the compression of the girdle to help heal. It also helps keep my dislocated hips in place. Win/win

I ordered an item of clothing from this company.

The item was delivered in a reasonable time, in great condition, however the size was incorrect.

I contacted the company to ask for a refund and they gave me a full refund and said I could either keep or donate the item of clothing.

Great customer service!!! I I ordered a large natural posture back brace. When it arrived I realized it was to small,so I contacted Dayana in their customer service department by email and said I would like to exchange it for a XLR. I was sent instructions on how to return and exchange their product. It was simple and easy and I received the new one three days later ! personally love the brace ( I've had back problems for years) I'm happy with the product and their customer service was outstanding. I ordered an item which arrived in good time. After trying it on I realised I'd ordered the wrong size. I contacted Natural Posture to return it and they said to hold on to it and they'd sent me my correct size completely free of charge! They were as good as their work and it arrived in equally good time, albeit a 'difficult' delivery by Royal Mail.
They went above and beyond themselves to please the customer, which is very rare these days.

I reached out looking to see if I could exchange for the proper size and they sent me the proper sizes on the house so I can't say enough about their customer service it's top tier..
As for the products themselves they are exactly what I wanted. They are build better then all the other ones I was looking at so all around great product. Highly recommend

I was a bit sceptical about the claims, but I thought I would give it a try and I purchased their Slimming Vest which was great. However, I did feel that a smaller size would give me a better "hug". I emailed them and got a very quick response and they send me the smaller size immediately. This gave me the tighter "hug" that I was looking for. It is incredibly comfortable to wear all day long which really helped with my back and it definitely does improve my posture and squish in the body shape tremendously.
I was so impressed that within days I ordered two of the Ultra Slimming Vests which have a lot more compression and really do wonders for my figure and more importantly my back and posture. While the extra compression works brilliantly, it is still incredibly comfortable to wear all day long.
I am now a complete convert, these are excellent comfortable products that do exactly what they claim and the service is quick and very helpful. I shall be buying more!

Brace I ordered was too small. Reached out to customer service (Dayana) and she replied very quickly, sent me a return label (paid), and then once they saw the return was enroute, they went ahead and shipped the larger size so I didn't have to wait for the first one to get back before they shipped the replacement. Then she emailed me and advised when the new one shipped. Fantastic customer service!
