Great service! The pop came very well packed and protected. Not a single dent/mark on the box. Arrived quickly in just 2 days. Really happy with purchase.

Possible best indie shop that sells Funko pop vinyls, great communication, friendly staff and the prices ain’t bad either. There packaging is brilliant, a parcel arrived and it looked like it had been used as a football I was in tears almost and dreaded opening the box, but when opened the pop had been that well protected not a scratch, bump or dent on it. I will shop here again and I already have told family and friends to buy pops from here.

Placed an order for the USA target exclusive black panther gitd pop and tee. Once I received my postage email with tracking it only took 2 days to get to me! Was packed with thin bubble wrap- would have preferred more or thicker as it had moved around in the box and one corner was slightly damaged. However the pop was fine. All in all I'm happy with my purchase as i felt it was a good price and it came really quickly once posted!

Great customer service. There was a wrong item sent out in my order, but it was sorted out and the right product was sent out. When the items were shipped out they were packaged well and arrived safely. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great selection of products mainly USA exclusives. Ordered Stan lee and a thanos exclusive pop only to find out that after 2 weeks (supposedly first class delivery) to only find out all of the 4 thanos pops that was on the site had a damaged box. After another 1-2 weeks without any contact from them to tell us that there was another problem all 4 pops were broken. They did refund me the money but after around 4 weeks with first class delivery stan Lee finally came. Would of liked a refund for the shipping as due to waiting 4 weeks for a First class delivery as paid extra. I ordered a marvel collectors corps which was a preorder and was to come at the end of may, still hasn’t arrived. But apart from that everything has been ok. Sent the Stan lee pop in a pop protector which was a pleasant surprise.

I buy from The Nerdy Byrd a lot and have never had an issue. I've been making use of their amazing lay-buy system, the latest pop I received came in a pop protector which was an added bonus on top of the awesome packing job. Can't knock the customer service either, these guys go above and beyond with everything they do
