Love my Hybrid Vest. The half vest 10 pound option is my goto. I use this for neighborhood walks, a little extra challenge on my body weight workouts, and its just a cool option to mix up the routine. Feels great on with or without a shirt

The first thing I noticed was the overall quality of the build of this vest. Putting it on and adjusting the tightness is super easy. The versatility to be able to drop weight within seconds is so useful. Overall my favorite of any weighted vest I’ve owned.

If you’re on the fence make the purchase. The nordbench pro takes the place of so many bulky gym pieces all in one small compact machine. It does everything and we love it. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. Personal call backs. They do what they say. This machine is super versatile and gets the job done

I ordered a Nord Stick 2.0 back in 2023. I have used it on and off over the years. But this year I am really focusing on my mobility and strength, and using it has become a part of my Routine on mobility day. IT is super easy to use and set up. This past Sunday, the stitching that kept the strap in the door tore. Sent a message to Customer service, and literally a day later, I had a replacement being shipped to me.

Their customer service is top notch. The product itself is crazy good. I bought the Nord bench pro for my physical therapy and it's working very well. It had a lot of other functions beyond just a bench. So far everything has exceeded my expectations. I'm a happy camper.

Customer Service was beyond excellent and the product was well beyond the quality I expected. The price is well worth it for the quality and if you have any issues, they will make sure you are taken care of.

Great product and fast, easy support when I had a question about how the pins worked

The NordBench Pro is everything I was looking for in an all-in-one solution. I used it in my garage gym for several months and it is now in my office, making it easier to do dips, nordic curls, back extensions, reverse sit ups, and all the other exercises throughout the day. It's portable, functional, easy to adjust, and the stabilizer bar extension makes every move feel stable. Considering some incline benches cost hundreds of dollars, the NordBench Pro exceeded my expectations in terms of value/$.

I have purchased the NordBench Pro, leg attachment and straight bar with resistance bands from The Nordstick. I have not received the equipment yet but wanted to leave a brief review about the overall experience in terms of communication the the Nordstick team and their customer service.

First I reached out to Garrett with some questions regarding the YouTube video reviews I had watched. Overall I was on board and ready to purchase, but had a few concerns. Garrett (himself) got back to me quickly and was able to address the exact videos I'd watched. He told me he thought very highly of those specific reviewers and had already worked to address the issues they'd brought up with the prototype. So, I learned that everything I asked about had been updated and would be reflected on the NordBench Pro if I purchased.

I also had additional communication with the team regarding shipping and a few other questions. My experience has been fantastic so far and I'm really looking forward to setting up the bench when it arrives.

After using it for a little while, I'll return with a review of that personal experience. Thanks a ton to Garrett and the team!

Ordered February 16 now it’s may 19th kept getting updates stating it would ship in 2 weeks, cool. After the third 2 week period nothing, so I filed a credit card dispute. Next thing I know there’s a tracking number, so I cancel the dispute. However, what shipped is the free gift worth about $10 not the nordbench pro I paid $470 for. Now I have to call customer service to reopen the dispute or file another claim.

Edit: a week after the free gifts the unit showed up with no tracking provided or update given. More of a customer service issue with not providing updates on delays.

I ordered the product on Mar 07. It initially said it was on it's way, then it never showed up. It gave a new date of May 17. It didn't show up and i can't event track the product. Taking money and not delivering a product is theft.

Ordered in February and have had nothing but delays and delays. It's now mid-May, they said they canceled my order in April so I could complete a chargeback and they keep telling ny card company they will send the order even though I have emails from them saying the order is canceled. I honestly think it's a pyramid scheme where they collect money from current orders and use that money to fulfill previous orders.

While your email support is excellent, the fulfillment process needs significant improvement. Selling items that aren't in stock and making customers wait over two months for a shipping update is unacceptable. To stay competitive, the business needs to reinvest in inventory management and faster logistics.
