Don’t drive to the O2 under any circumstances

Great concert but the experience was ruined by it taking 2 hours to get out of the venue carpark afterwards which is a total joke. No sign of any parking attendants or anyone to do anything remotely helpful to get traffic moving. Never again. Avoid this venue if you can - if not don’t drive to it.

Rip off Britain in its full glory

Sadly great concert but the venue just confirms the idea of rip off culture. £4.50 for a bottle of water, they take the lid for no explanation at all with an attitude but it or don't we dont care. No free water stations. The seats are uncomfortable which i can handle if they then dont rip you off. Such a shame.

What is the Point of The O2?

My first (and last) visit to The O2 for SCD was a nightmare. The event itself was fantastic but WHO designed this joke of an entertainment and leisure complex? Crowd control was non-existent both entering and exiting the venue. Eateries are packed close together, walkways are narrow. Congestion was rife, queues endless, and fire exits barely visible. How does this place conform to health and safety standards? If there was an incident, you are seriously looking at a 'Hillsborough-type' catastrophe - suffocation amongst stampedes. Very unsafe for all - especially the elderly and children. As for using using the North Greenwich station - congestion was ridiculous. A nerve-racking experience to say the least.

Outrageous- Accessibility The o2 priority

The o2 priority customer service was very unhelpful, I booked x2 accessibility tickets to a show in August, I was advised to call to change my seating, there were plenty seats available, but the lady on the call said she doesn’t have availability, she won’t be able to do it, she couldn’t tell me what’s available, I have evidence of there seats being available when I go to do a brand new booking with accessibility tickets YET she is unable to help. Not able to change the seatings. What’s the point in customer service when they don’t actually know what they are doing. So I’ve just waiting on the call for 15 minutes for no reason. I have now sent an email. If any luck I will update the response on here.

Water £4.5 for a small bottle

This review is solely based on the fact that i had to pay £4.50 for a small bottle of water for my daughter that costs on average £1 max. I chose to go without at price. I know prices are going up but that is criminal.

On the whole great show watching Jason Derulo. I paid a fair price for show and expect that - but to then be robbed by a company/venue for the price of water, did not sit well. I know the price of living has gone up but criminals get 3-5 years for robbery like that. I would love an explanation for the high price of water????

Truly awful company

Truly awful company
They sell rubbish tickets months before the event and a week or so before release better ones at the same price.
And let a company called Ticketzone sell Strictly Come Dancing tickets they have to be the more out dated ticket seller still trading and so inefficient and reluctant to actually send you the tickets you’ve paid for!

So sad that this is the only venue in the UK that attracts the big acts -it’s truly awful and I would rather do without than have to go to this dump again!

The O2 looks to have sufficient…

The O2 looks to have sufficient transport links on paper, but in reality, if the Jubilee lines goes down (as it did this weekend for scheduled maintenance), then the options are drastically reduced if you're attending anything before 12pm on a Sunday. This is because the very first boat of the day only arrives after 11:30am. The parking is typically full already. The venue is on a peninsula of sorts, which limits options. The signage is sub-standard and there is typically only one entrance that is open, so we ended up walking around 80% of the dome, which took ages because the path is a distance away from the dome. Toilets are not by the entrance and the signage for them is very unclear. The food is very expensive (e.g. £19 each for a small burger and chips). I will be thinking very cautiously about booking tickets for any event there again. It's just not fair to the kiddos.

I'm asking everyone who has been abused…

I'm asking everyone who has been abused by security guards working to scan items and check luggage, especially the tall white man, likely the security manager, and the old man with the tracking dog, to report any problems with these people to the police! These are the types of people who have traumas and insecurities and shouldn't work in security or any other service. These people cure their insecurities by abusing others! Please help rid society of this type of pest!

Radiohead - Yellow Line Police

Radiohead, Tuesday 25th November, Floor Standing

Genuinely have never been so excited to see a band and was so lucky to get tickets.

Turn up, yellow lines on floor marking walkways to where people stand. Ok I understand Health & Safety.

THEN security in yellow and orange jackets pushing people, shouting at people and hitting people with brooms and shoving middle aged men into young families. WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!

IF you do not have enough standing room for the number of people you advertise can fit into your floor standing area... SELL LESS TICKETS. This is an O2 problem not a Radiohead problem.

TELL YOUR SECURITY TEAM TO NOT TOUCH OR PUSH OR SHOUT AT OR HOLLER at your paid guests. The problem is solely YOURS O2. The security team spent more time focused on pushing and shoving the paid guests than watching for exits, checking tickets etc. It's like they are briefed by an imbecile manager that these paying guests are their enemy. As soon as the band started, the Yellow and Orange jackets got to work. MINDLESS

If you are reading this and considering going floor standing at O2 with your young family or have younger daughters or sons attending, DON'T DO IT.

If your a band... please think twice about the amount of capacity O2 tells you is a good number for floor standing. They have over-egged the number by 30-40% more than the venue can hold.

Ripping off people

I was attending on event and I bought three drinks 13.8£ each (I especially asked for the price of this drink in another bar) - I was charged £55 and when I asked for a receipt, but they told me that he will send me it via email but of course it hasn’t happened so always check prices because they will rip you off

These “Premium” Seats Are a Complete Disgrace – Pepsi Deck Section 102, Row ZZ, Seat 19 (Offspring Supercharged Tour – Nov 14th)

I am genuinely furious about the experience I had at the Offspring Supercharged Tour on November 14th at the London O2. I paid for premium seating in the Pepsi Deck — Section 102, Row ZZ, Seat 19 — and what I got was anything but premium.

The view was completely blocked by the disabled bay in front. Not partially blocked. Not “slightly obstructed.” Completely. I spent the night kneeling on my stool just to see the stage. That is unacceptable at any price, let alone premium pricing.

What makes me furious is the dishonesty. These seats should clearly be sold as restricted view, because that’s exactly what they are. Pretending otherwise is unfair and misleading to customers who expect a proper view of the show they’ve paid for.

This isn’t a small oversight — it’s a major problem, and the O2 needs to fix it. Until then, I strongly advise anyone considering these seats to avoid them entirely. Don’t pay premium money for a seat that doesn’t even offer a basic, unobstructed view.

Awful App That Causes Stress and Frustration

The O2 Venue app is honestly awful. It locks you out for no reason, constantly thinks you’re a bot, and won’t even let you reset your password when you need to access your tickets. It’s incredibly stressful, especially right before an event. Judging by the number of similar reviews, the developers clearly already know about these issues but haven’t fixed them. Disappointing, definitely put me off buying tickets again through the vendor.

I recently attended the One Republic…

I recently attended the One Republic concert at the O2 Arena, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The seating was extremely cramped, and the walkways were even narrower, creating a genuine risk of falling into the lower rows.

The acoustics and overall sound quality were very poor, detracting significantly from the performance. When I stood up to dance, the people behind me became irritated because they could no longer see the stage, and with no designated dancing area, it felt restrictive and uncomfortable.

The whole experience left me feeling like we were packed into a small barn, with hardly any space to move or enjoy the music freely. I left highly disappointed and do not plan on visiting the O2 Arena again.

I brought 3 tickets to see Enhypen last…

I brought 3 tickets to see Enhypen last night. Those tickets should never have been sold at that location, you could only see a part of the stage. NO SCREENS for that location. Some of the songs you couldn’t even see the band because they were further back on the stage. We never even saw the stage set up. At no point of buying these tickets did it say restricted view, tickets were no cheaper, everyone knows the mad rush to buy K-pop tickets they go so fast but no warning of restriction. I would never have brought them with that view, disgusting and a very disappointed teenager.

Very rude staff

Very rude staff! I was visiting the place after work, my first time there, then about 3 very rude guys blocked me saying that I should to go to scan my bag. I replied saying I was not going to a concert. They just ignored me. Unbelievable, they should to learn at least how to communicate. Is not my fault that there were mad people everywhere but the good manners should be a must. Disgusting place!

Could be so good BUT, the queueing system into the venue is bad (and hot) The drink prices are absolutely ridiculous, they’re losing money as people refuse to drink there. Take note o2 venue of some of the reviews you get, you could make more money by not being so greedy.

No Show Times Published

I booked a ticket to see a band at O2 Arena London at £150. Two weeks prior to the concert O2 Arena had still not published show start or end times, meaning I couldn't arrange travel in and out of London.

I tried to contact the venue but the published phone number does not work and the contact form resulted in a template response basically saying 'we dont know when shows start or end'. Insane.

Also no rucksacks, no water bottles and no food can be taken in. I was traveling from the midlands. Do they expect all their customers live locally?

So I had no alternative but to sell my ticket as I had no way of knowing whether I could make the last train out of Paddington in time.

Never again O2 Arena.
